“The “ Artist“ was hurried, design is not properly proportioned and the ink bled into the surrounding skin. He actually tore my skin during the process and only half the design shows good color after only 5 days. ~ JULIE L. “I was attracted to the ink factory due to its multi pack discounts. However unlike other compatible ink cartridges I have purchased for my Epson Expression XP-6100 these have proved utterly useless. The printer continually fails to recognise the chip which is clearly sub standard and not as advertised. On the rare occasion it did recognise the chip I was astounded to see that two of the cartridges I replaced had less than one third of the ink it was supposed to contain. In my professional opinion this company is a complete rip off and I will not be buying any further inks from them. The cherry on the cake, they didn't bother to respond to the concerns I raised in my e-mail. This is a genuine review not one of those countless fictitious reviews that are created to make a company look good. You have been warned.”
