About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

To be honest even with the £10 off it was the same price on Sportsbikeshop I discovered later !!

Goods bought 👌 got email had points for discount told by branch can't use as not enough was£40 according to branch now £8.50worth,now Back to emails telling me to use points as I've no account ? although I've emails for points🤔 i spent another £400.00? Giving up on customer service

The goods ordered were as discribed and good quality,the10%discount for new order expired on 30/12/23 so was out of date

Could only give infinity three stars this time as my parcel was wrongly addressed which led to me having to collect 2 miles from home.

I have been using Infinity for over 25 Years and hold one of the original loyalty cards, but just recently I have noticed a change in the attitude of the staff in my 2 local stores. Everyone was so friendly and helpful giving advice and always trying the make the buying experience the best. But on my last 2 visits I have detected a different attitude and not in a good way. Maybe because of the NEC staff were under pressure, but this should not effect the customer service. Maybe it was just a 2 off, hopefully it was, and hopefully things will get better.

Good selection of helmets. Returns require using a special drop-off point, the nearest one to me is 15 miles away. No return label sent with the order. I am not sure if I am being sent a return label by post as the phone just went dead when I telephoned them.

The klarna function wouldnt work for me, so I had to buy outright which was annoying. Other than that, great website.

Website stock levels were incorrect. Ordered item turned out not to be in stock. Good follow up from infinity though by email.

Filter process leaves a lot to be desired; you can filter on size, find something you like, go to tthe item and find tour size is out of stock. Totally frustrating.

It was obvious that the item had been returned from another customer, it wasn't the original packaging or hanger.

The shipping time was very long. I eventually had to call them after week and it took another 4 days or so. Two weeks to ship is very poor.

Great product and fast delivery but bought online and they are to big, the process of returning them on the website is a nightmare so I'll not be doing that again.

I've made 2 recent online orders, and despite advertising quick delivery neither has been with me in less than week. Whilst gods have been as described it doesn't do to be in a hurry for them.

I ordered a beeline moto & mount for a bank holiday trip. Both showed as in stock & ready to ship. It turned out the mount wasn't in stock so it didn't arrive until the Tuesday after my trip. Customer service call was a good experience I was off an immediate refund but I decided to wait for it rather than go elsewhere.

The item I ordered was available on yhe website so I paid for it. I then recieved an email (unbranded) advising it was sold out. I requested and received a refund.
