About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Orderd a pair of TCX boots, complete wrong pair arrived! Phoned them up had a chat with a real person, no hassle return the correct boots arrived within a week. Would have given 5 stars. Very pleased all the same.”

“Site is easy to navigate, but prices on Kriega the same as every where else. My timing wasn't good, because within a few days of spending £170 Infinity started the 12 day Xmas promo and were throwing in free a Kriega XL pocket. Is it a big deal, no, just a shame😭”

“Decent range of kit, though shop often lacks stuff which is listed online. Very poor rewards system which is clunky - I have had to chivvy them along to credit points earned on purchases.”

“I brought a Scorpion 490 exo online today from infinity the experience itself was pretty good but, I have a few gripes, and here is my experience. When shopping around for a helmet, I was after a helmet with as much anti-fog as possible so this meant a breath guard and a pre-installed pinlock under £200. Anything else was bonus. I brought the scorpion exo 490 and it did say that it was "pinlock enabled". And had all the remainder of the features I was looking for. And when it arrived it was perfect and as promised. However, after I brought the helmet I got an awful feeling when I looked on the website. The model up from mine had been reduced and was the same price. With infinities no-helmet returns I couldn't exchange it. I missed out on a few of the newer features and worst of all the newer model the exo 590 had the pinlock included. Major buyers remorse. Also meant I'd have to cough up some more money for a pinlock which was annoying being a student.”

Hi Ethan, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do have a 90-day returns policy for all. However, the helmet has not to have been worn on the bike and for a long period of time. As you are purchasing online customers need to see if the helmet is the correct size etc. You are still within the time frame to exchange this helmet if you wish to do so. “Would have been 5 star but came in clear plastic and my partner ( for whom it was a gift) answered the door, so now knows what it is. But great quality and excellent price. Looks nice under his " baby". Now I'll have to buy something else . Thanks!🤣🤣”
