“My order came and it was wrong so I contacted them via 2 email addresses more than 3 times and went on Facebook page,tagged them and asked for help and still no reply. Very disappointed”

“Absolutely stunning product....the image is 3d (front view & two sides)...even our cats whiskas stand out. Brilliant oroduct, well packaged & quick delivery. I'm a photographer & I was blown away by the finished product!. One point to note. We didn't go for the light stand choosing to buy a crystal plinth that fits with the block. Maybe these could be offered as an alternative base for some?. Either way 5***** all day long. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

The only thing, however, that I was disappointed in was that it had stated on the website when ordering that the key ring came in a velvet lined presentation box. As this was a special gift for a birthday I had ordered because of this reason as presentation is really important. I was disappointed when it arrived in a small velvet sack making it look understated. I had expected a presentation box as described when ordering.”

I have used incrystals before so i knew I wanted something that had a sense of feeling the lost person was still close to them. I received the necklace and keyring within days of ordering which is simple to follow. My friends received their gifts from us and both burst into tears and said they both felt that their daughter was close to them once again I would highly recommend incrystals for something with that extra special touch”
