“Kate and the team at In Memory of Life supported our family from start to finish. They kept in contact throughout the process. There was no pressure on the family and they let us go at our own pace. When dealing with a loss of a loved one, you really need to be able to trust that the funeral director will address your needs. The team at In Memory Of Life did exactly that. “We In Memory Of Life to organise our good friends funeral. We cannot thank In Memory of Life enough for all their help and support in arranging the Funeral. Harriet, Kieran and John helped us alot to get everything arranged. We wanted our good friend Kevil to have a King's send off and they had helped to make it exactly that. I have been on the call with Harriet for a good week and a half and Harriet had never let us down, she was on the phone whenever we needed help even after office hours. I will be forever thankful to Harriet for helping us with this Funeral. Harriet was always calm and composed, it had felt like Harriet was with us the famil all the time. Any request we had made Harriet had taken it back done her research and got back to us with the quote and the items we had requested. They had and helped us with everything we had asked for. We had asked for 8 horses and they had the horses ready. The flowrist they had was wonderful all of the flowers and the decor was eligant and we did manage to give our good friend Kevil a King's send off. On the day of the funeral Kieran and John was always close by making sure everything is running smoothly and making sure we had everything we needed. We had made a few request on the day itself and they had somehow managed to get that sorted. This wouldn't have run smoothly without Kieran, John and the others staff as there were around 300 people whonhad showed up for the Funeral. I thank each and everyone from the bottom of my heart for helping us with this. Again Thank you so much I could not have done this without you Harriet. May God bless you abundantly and I hope all you dreams come true. You truly are a good soul. I can hands down recommend In Memory of Life to anyone who is looking for a support Funeral Service which you would like to run smoothly and without any stress or tension. “I hadn’t heard of In Memory Of Life before, but I’m so pleased I took a leap of faith with them for my mother’s funeral. From the first phone call, I really felt looked after. Kate was extremely kind and sensitive and gave advice on every element - and even beyond the scope of her role, regarding physio support for my Dad. On the day itself, Donna and her team were the consummate professionals and took great care of my family from the departure from our house with the hearse to being dropped at the wake venue. The vehicles were immaculate and Donna was even wearing a fuchsia pink tie in honour of my Mum. I would highly recommend In Memory of Life and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Many thanks”

“I found 'In Memory of Life' online whilst browsing funeral directors in Barnet as we live outside the area. Their service is first class - very caring, compassionate and efficient. We were able to order the flowers and Order of Service through them as well. Kate kept us informed every step of the way and phoned the day before the funeral to run through everything. John, the conductor also phoned and introduced himself and again was very helpful and friendly on the day. I would definitely recommend 'In Memory of Life' to anyone arranging a funeral in the Greater London area. Wonderful service!”

“We used In Memory of Life to organise our Mums funeral. Harriet our undertaker was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble from organising Mums collection. The slide show at the crematorium and the music for the service we had chosen. Everything was checked and double checked. The whole funeral ran seamlessly. John & his team with the cars were kind thoughtful & couldn’t have been more helpful. We used Viv Thomas a celebrant recommended by Harriet who was amazing & delivered the service with great compassion. If sadly you are organising a funeral for a loved one I would not hesitate in highly recommending Harriet & her team. They helped make a difficult day run smoothly & without any stress to the family. Our heartfelt thanks go out to all of them.”

“I cannot thank In Memory of Life team enough for their help and support in arranging the funeral of my partner Carl. From my first initial contact with them right through to the funeral day itself, they were all so proffessional and caring to what I wanted for Carls funeral. A special thanks to Harriet who arranged everything, kept me fully up to date with everything that was happening with the arrangements. Ruth Arnold the celebrant led the service and her eulogy of Carl was 100% perfect. Thank you Harriet, Ruth, Alex and all the team at In Memory of Life for making one of the sadest days in my life a little more bearable. I cannot recommend your services enough, even to the point that I have already told my children, that when my time comes they have to arrange my funeral through yourselves.”

“In Memory of Life were very quick in their responses both via E-mail and Telephone. They listened to what we wanted for our mum and were able to offer us the services that we required whilst taking away the services that we did not require. They did not try to charge us additional fees for services that we brought in from elsewhere (which some other Directors had tried to do). Everything ran very smoothly and we as a family were very grateful for the assistance of Megan, Rebecca and Martin.”

“In Memory Of Life were so gentle and kind from the first phone call to enquire about a funeral for my partner up to the last phone call asking how everything went and how we were doing. The respect and understanding they showed the family is beyond words. Michelle was at the other end of the phone for every question or change I needed . The Celebrant James was so understanding and made the funeral so personal and John the conductor of the funeral what amazing and respectful young man . In Memory Of Life made the most difficult time in our life's so much easier so thank so much from all of James' Family”

“Everyone I met was so kind and quietly efficient so I knew exactly what was happening and when. Even though they must deal with several funerals a day, they made my mum's feel special and May's reading was just perfect. The service was so much more than I expected and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for making a difficult day more bearable.”
