“Samantha, thank you so much for giving me your time to enlighten me with UK immigration laws. I had time to explain my case and she did it with diligently and respect of me. “I did have an visa issues for my wife, she was overstaying for over 6 months by mistake. We didn't know what to do. We were without an hope for visa, but by contacting Ias, the customer services was very good and very helpful. We have been advised by Samantha Cretten. She was very helpful and clear explanation and high level of knowledge of immigration law and her explanation was easy to understand. She gave opportunity to ask questions and gave us her email address in case if we still want to ask questions within 3 working days after the meeting.”

“I thought these guys were very good and friendly on first contact. Obviously they need to book you for the hour session with a lawyer is there end game, thats how they make a living, but it is very reasonable at UKL 125 or something and they will answer anything you want. But they didnt over push it when I said I wasnt quite ready and they send through a newsletter once a week. And they website gives a lot of good info.”
