Outstanding Service Mr Daud Ouattara & Ms. Houri Zahedi were very professional in his ways. He went out of the way to understand my visa case. He was always there to listen what I wanted to say even out of office hours. The Best & Most Professional service delivered. Outstanding Service. Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa ILR Application Granted in 2018 within 90 days of submission.

IAS are very knowledgeable and I got my indefinite leave to remain quite easily. However, it is a busy office and you not get a response from them unless you chase them. I would encourage the firm to look into this.

Thanks for helping me sort my wife's Spouse Visa. You made the process very stress free and always found the time to answer my emails & phone calls. I will be using IAS again when I have to reapply in a couple of years time.

Knowledgeable, experienced and very professional lawyers that are very organised when it comes to the important days. Very contactable, I don't think there was ever a time that I couldn't get through to my designated lawyer. To top it all off, our case was won in the end.

Without the Immigration Advice Service's help, I would never have been able to stay in the UK. I booked an appointment over the phone and received a confirmation email of the appointment and the details of my specialist Immigration Solicitor within a couple of hours. Thank you IAS

Overall just at poor service and not to my expectation. I was inform that if I paid thru priority service, IAS will not be able to follow up on behalf but I don't understand why because priority service is just to speed up my application but not on the services to follow up on my application. Anyway, I email on 29/9 that I have submitted my application but no reply, yesterday I also email to informed that I have yet received any feedback follow by a other email I received from courier service that the processing application had being received on 13/9, also no reply from IAS. Again, I send another email that I have received my application result to IAS attached with the letter but still no reply until now. Frankly speaking, I would expect at least a reply to acknowledge my email but so far nothing at all. Disappointed with the services and thanks for help me on the application. Regards, Lee Sa

Where to start on a review - to state that IAS knows what they are doing is an understatement. As another reviewer has said, 'no promises no expectations just pure facts and knowledge'; extremely professional. While we probably could have done the marriage visa on our own, it also most likely would have failed. Our case was handled by Houri Zahedi and Saimah Razzaq. Ms Razzaq is spot on in every detail - which at the time seemed excessive, but in retrospect she was knew exactly what was needed. When we ran into a the 'proverbial bump in the road', we were told our options and helped to make a decision as to how to proceed. Again, no promises or guarantees, but they knew the facts it seems on every angle. Would we recommend this service? Definitely without hesitation.

Don't waste your time: First of all I arranged an appointment with the advisor and paid advance for booking for my visa application unfortunately I have to cancel my appointment immediately after I made a payment. They decided to deduct £30 from my paid fees even I cancelled my appointment within an hour or so, they said I will receive the rest of the money within 14 days, I called on 15th day to ask my refund the person was rude and said it is 13th day so I have to wait for 1 more day and will receive my refund by tomorrow, I didn't know they wouldn't count weekend. Now after 19 days I am still waiting for my refund, this is ridiculous. They wouldn't even think once to deduct the admin charges and will make their client wait for refund and keep them chase. Also, the advisor whom my appointment was booked clearly mentioned in their email that the appointment was only booked to understand my case so that means I have to be prepare to pay more again for an advise which I was not sure how long normally it will take and how much more money I have to pay. They will make you fool if you do not see how many people were already were fooled in the past by reviewing their experiences. Better check the reviews before you register or book an appointment. Hoping to receive my refund soon.

IAS is a horrible company. AVOID, AVOID. If I could give a 0 start I would have done it! Marie Nguekam is the name of the lawyer with whom I was in contact and Nadeen Taylor the person who answers the phone and the person who gave me the bank details to make the bank transfer of money. This is what happened. IAS gave me an account number (Nadeen Taylor did that on the phone and with an email she confirmed that after the phone call) and all details of the bank and asked me to transfer my money there in advance of their service and because I made a mistake on the name of IAS and included another name with all the bank details correct (their bank details) IAS REFUSE to give my money back despite the fact that they received it as my bank confirmed and despite the fact that they did not provide any service to me, since luckily I cancelled their service on time. This happened September 2023 and I am still trying to get my money back through my bank etc. So, we will see but since all this time they are refusing I thought at this point of writing this review to save others.

They are a scandalous falsehood, a trickery and a SCAM. Do not be fooled by the means of those evil cruel hearts who pretend to be all sweet just to rob you. They deserve all the hatred in the world: they DO NOT answer back, DO NOT help you in ANY way that they promise you: they just take your money and LEAVE! If there is a prison for these WILDERBEESTS they ought to go: they do not DESERVE air and water: to trick people and get away with it. THEY should not have been allowed into the country—Shazia Ershad. NO one deserves to be treated in such a fashion! This is outrageous! They do not contact you within a week: they are late and probably do not EVEN know how to do this. They charge you with £555 straight up, and you must pay to speak with them. Then they give you an excuse on why they are unavailable to talk. They waste your time and think they can waste your money too. I hope to see these evil souls rot behind a prison cell, for their business is corrupt. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM!

Dont pay for your VISA fees upfront This time you ask? I hope this is the only time. From the date we paid for the visa fee 11 December 2023 and we have been ignored from all of the below: Client relations officer - Alexandra Shirtcliffe; Immigration Advice Service - Amy Flanagan; Immigration Lawyer - Samantha Cretten; Enquiries Team - Lindsey Alexandre; Immigration Lawyer - Crystal McGowan. I would love to get my visa going and submitted but since I PAID IAS, none of these people have come back to assist or respond and actually talk about processing the VISA. Now I want a refund and its like IAS has fallen off the side of the earth!? I keep sending emails and I keep doing online chats and people keep promising to help. Yet nothing. Tom in Ireland was great! Samantha was a big help in understand our situation. BUT no one would respond for anything. No even Samantha came back and offered to help seeing there is an issue and she was CC'd in the mails.

I contacted IAS for a minor change in my UK status and spoke with Kieren who has always contacted me and has been very helpful. That being said this is where the story goes south fast! Shazia one of the immigration solicitors was appointed to have a meeting with me last Wednesday. Not only was she late to the meeting, but I felt she was ill-prepared for the meeting and kept asking me the same questions only a few minutes after the first set of questions. Once the meeting was at an end she advised without fail that she would send me the next steps that evening! Unfortunately, this did not happen! I rang on Thursday last week to follow this up and was told she would send this by an advisor. Last Friday I rang and asked to speak with a manager as I still haven't received the information. I asked the advisor again if I would like to speak to a manager, and again the advisor's manager refused to speak with me. The advisor came back in an ill-mannered way advising me that I don't have to speak to her, I responded well I am trying to get through to your manager so I do not wish to speak with you. The moral of the story it's been 7 days and still no information. Rang in today and was again placed on hold for 40 mins and finally rang again from a different number and got hold of a lady called Emily who finally told me Shazia is on annual leave! If you want to be passed from pillar to pillar sign up with IAS and waste your time. Also, pay with a credit card to be on the safe side. Now you will see IAS respond shortly apologizing etc etc, take it with a pinch of salt as they are saving face.

The worst I have ever had, nothing positive about IAS. I think a newbie was assigned to me and he was so much in a haste to leave and go to wherever or whatever he was doing, I felt like he was busy with something else when he called and also rejected a video request even though the consultation was supposed to be a video session. My money was wasted and I can never recommend anyone. I wish people will see this so as not to fall a victim. The name of the so called consultant is Tom Egan

I booked an appointment with IAS and paid £150. I was told by the receptionist over the phone that this would be refunded if the appointment was cancelled within 24 hours. I cancelled the appointment within 21 hours and received a refund of only £120, two weeks later, and was told that a £30 'administration fee' had been charged to cancel the appointment. This information is buried on the website, wasn't mentioned over the phone, and is not mentioned anywhere on the online booking form. It is impossible to get a response to my complaint from the IAS. There is no way that cancelling an online appointment would result in a £30 loss to the business - it is sneaky and unethical to charge this. If this business can't be trusted with something as simple as canceling an appointment, they cannot be trusted with anything as serious as a visa application.

An honest advice for anyone looking for help. DO NOT use IAS immigration Advice Service! Their whole "advice" strategy is build around making sure you pay the initial GBP1000+ to them, once you're in, everything changes. My first point of contact was friendly and professional but once I paid IAS, the solicitor assigned to me did not speak proper english, I had to correct all the application. The Solicitor submitted the application with basic mistakes such as my DOB (I mean that) and had the carelessness to never answer most of my important emails. I was so shocked by how unprofessional the service was. I complained to several senior personnel at the company. Non of them has replied to date - Not Surprised (since 03/2021). Use your money wisely and spend few days searching the many other professional law firms out there. Do not fall for google sponsored search traps.

Be wary of IAS. They are only attentive and full of promise at the start. They’re only after great reviews as Jason Griffiths was persistent on asking for twice on different platforms that you won’t be able to resist but write it, just to get it over with - even before any real work starts. The only thing they are good at is making you wait for them to reply to you. You will be turned over to their paralegal (a lawyers assistant) who seems like they are just in training. If you ask for someone else more experienced- you will feel their contempt for asking for a better service based on their short and curt replies that do not answer your questions at all. I was turned over to Judith Gonzales and Crystal McGowen. To schedule a first meeting with them - it needed their coordinator to give them a nudge. It took over 2 weeks. Meanwhile I was already back in my country as I was advised by Jason to have my Visa processed instead of staying in the US. I still had up to 5 months to stay there. As I have been living and working abroad for over 13 years, we now have unnecessary moving expenses like additional rent and getting basic necessities for it. ‘Inconvenience’ does not even cut it! After several weeks of emails unanswered I had to put my foot down and ask to have Judith replaced by Crystal. She seemed more knowledgeable during the video meeting. They tried to assign me with another. Here comes the scheduling again. Some guy was reassigned to contact me but he backed out and was eventually replaced by Crystal- apparently. At that point I was left to wonder who will then be my caseworker. They have so many people working for them-but no work was getting done! Crystal sent another IAS Confirmation document for me to sign that still had Judith as the Caseworker. The same document that was initially sent by Jason. They sent it 3 times over a period of 2 months. It still was not updated! I worked on the several documents required on my end. I have uploaded and completed about 80% of it in under a week. They did not even acknowledge it. I had to ask and insist on their reply after a month or so. They just said they can access my Dropbox and nothing else. There’s about 9 stages of their process to do for me. They can’t even get us to complete stage 1. I understand that some stages might not need as much time but I am not hanging around for them to waste mine. At the rate they are going, it would probably take them a year or more to check. In the end, I demanded for my Refund. It took way more time for them to do so without even giving you any breakdown of the details why it only amounts to what they deem should be refunded to you. Working with them is an insult to your intelligence. I do not recommend IAS to anyone at all.

Unfortunately, I must say that I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service I have received from IAS. My previous caseworker failed to provide adequate support and left me in a vulnerable position. To make matters worse, she neglected to create a file containing all of the attachments I had sent, resulting in my having to resubmit everything to my new case worker. Given the high fees I have paid for this service, I find this incompetence and disregard for my naturalization process to be completely unacceptable. Immigration services must take their client's needs and concerns seriously and provide the support and attention necessary to ensure the process goes smoothly. Unfortunately, I feel that IAS has failed to meet this standard.

They helped me with get a visa for my partner, but overall it was a bad experience. The paralegal that they assigned to me took days or weeks to respond to my emails. I think she only made the process more difficult and lengthy. Thanks to her my application was delayed and I didn't get to spend Christmas with my family. I would advise against using them, the process is not that difficult to do alone.
