“i WAS SCPETICAL AFTER READING SOME OF THE REVIEWS BUT THE PRICE OF MY TV WAS VERY GOOD. I DID CONTACT ILGS TO CHECK MY ORDER WAS IN STOCK AND THEY RESPONDED WUICKLY AND DELIVERED THE PRODUCT IN 2 DAYS TO MY ELDERLY PARENTS. THE TV WAS SET UP IN NO TIME AND WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERINCE. MORE THAN CAN BE SAID FOR BT WHO WE INITIALLY ORDERED THE TV FROM WHO WERE UNABLE TO HONOUT THE ORDER AND STILL HAVE MY MUM AND DADS MONEY. THANKS ILGS”

“Absolutely delighted with the purchase of the Samsung UE32H6400 32" 3D TV, an excellent buy. I researched 32" tv's and this one had the best reviews. I then found the best price at ILGS.net., which included free delivery. I placed my order on the Sunday (shop closed on that day). Received an email on the Monday with shipping confirmation for the following day. On the Tuesday morning received a text with a delivery window of one hour for that afternoon. Promptly delivered. Cannot praise the ordering and service from this company too highly, will definitely buy from them again.”

“While I didn't yet get a chance to test the product I bought here, ( because I am still waiting to receive the computer in which I will instal the graphic card I bought here), I can already say that the service was great. 1) I got my parcel very rapidly. (but I had to use the online chat system to get my tracking number as no information were communicated to me via email... I did know the item had been sent but had no clue to when I would receive it until I chatted with the someone at the customer service and that he provided me with a UBS tracking number. Great! ) 2) It was cheaper to buy this item here than anywhere else online. 3) It was amazingly well protected. Great packaging. 4) I would recommend anyone to buy on ILGS and certainly will do so again if needed.”

“I have just purchased a television form ILGS. It is the first time I have bought from this company. The price I paid for the television was excellent and their communication regarding delivery was equally excellent. The delivery was made satisfactory on the agreed day. I would buy again from ILGS without hesitation.”

“No complaints at all about this lot. At first I thought "if something seems too good to be true, it usually is" - as the price for my "Charles" vacuum cleaner was so much cheaper than the others. Delivery was super quick, the cleaner is great - no problem whatsoever!”

Product supplied by ILGS was the same as ordered and delivered quicker than the delivery service selected on. The restocking is a charge passed by the manufacturer and this is made clear in the Terms & Conditions. As much as we dont like charging this fee its a cost charged for an item specialy when baught opened and used and then decided as unwanted. We would advise any customer to first check on a product before making a purchase if you are not sure of the item.

“Great service ordered my tv which was £120 cheaper than currys. Selected standard 3-4 delivery and it turned up the next day. Customer service was fantastic emails them and got a reply within the hour”
