“The only problem I had was in paying for the Computer, tried 3 times to pay with a debit card but was frustrated when it was not accepted and then found at the last minute that there was a £15.14 surcharge for paying with PayPal. Think this could be made clearer and not left until making payment. Description of item good. Delivery Good. On the whole happy with everything.”

“All I can say is if every order I have placed went as well as this did I would be a very very happy man. I ordered a 40inch Samsung Smart TV which was £70 cheaper than Amazon on last Friday evening received confirmation on Saturday followed on Monday with a delivery date of the next day and it was delivered 30 mins before the earliest time given by the delivery company said. Why am I happy, after reading reviews of the company on trust pilot which gave them a 2.9 rating with lots of unhappy customers my experience could not have gone any better than just perfect and it was the best deal on the web. Many thanks ILGS”

“LED TV Screen was cracked but because the damage was not reported within 48 hours as per the ILGS Terms & Conditions, they refused to accept a return and replacement. There was no damage whatsoever to the box and packaging on delivery which was the reason that the TV was not removed from the box within 48 hours. The TV was purchased as a Christmas present so it was wrapped and left in the box. ILGS made no offers to help resolve this issue. I will not buy from them again.”

We at ILGS are quick with working with customers to resolve any issues. in this case reporting the matter after 5 and half months later after a delivery was made is not by any means a workable time frame to go and report an issue with a courier to claim on a damaged unit. We however did offer to work on teh case and appeal to the Vendor and teh Couriers on teh customer behalf but after leaving it for nearly hlf he year it is not possible to make any claims. There is just only so much we can do to help !.

“Purchased my new Samsung Galaxy tabpro S 12 & i had a very pleasant quick and effective service from Kunal. Absolutely fantastic will do more business with them for sure. Kunal even rang to make sure I received the product on time as he promised, couldn't ask for more.”
