“Everything was explained well when templating & the fitters were extremely competent. No problems with the product, however we were informed they had run out of aftercare instructions. I find this unbelievable in this day & age that this information is not available electronically.”

“We approached Chiltern Marble on the off chance we could get our worktops cheaply and quickly and was pleasantly surprised. We were given samples which we took home and agreed which one we wanted and then went back to order and paid a deposit and had a template date, The template team arrived and were very thorough polite and explained everything including taking a template of the extractor hood which wasn’t fitted. The same team turned up to install the worktops and were again polite friendly and extremely professional not leaving until everything was perfect and we were fully happy. We really couldn’t fault this team or indeed the head office.”

“Templating team were incredibly fastidious and fitting team were even more so! Quartz worktops, upstands and window cills look absolutely fabulous and really make our new kitchen. A 5 star service from a compamy we would not hesitate to unreservedly recommend.”

“Good selection of materials and designs to choose from. Price was competitive and the staff were helpful. The installers were great. There was an issue with the draining around the sink, but the installers came back and ripped out the upstands and re-levelled everything. Can't ask for more than that. In hindsight we would not bother with draining grooves as they don't really work very well, and we have ended up getting a draining rack with a drip tray anyway. Finished worktop looks great and is easy to keep clean. Recommended.”

“The service from the time I visited the showroom was excellent. The representative accepted my budgetary constraints resulting in my identifying a surface that was both affordable and exactly what I had envisaged. The installation was very professionally managed with time taken to ensure an excellent fit. I was also given advice regarding a slash back of the same material which enhanced the overall effect. I am delighted and have recommended the company to friends! Marie-Jo”
