“Great and easy service to use for clothes donations, especially during lockdown as they pick up right outside your door. Only note is your collection day and time slot does change quite often in the lead up to actually getting a final one booked in, but as long as someone’s home all day it’s not too big of a problem.”

“I really appreciated the donation collection service. Prompt and on time. However, I didn’t receive confirmation of collection until evening before, so I unfortunately didn’t have the time to gather all possible donations.”

“In this pandemic i got stuck with a lot of unwanted clothes and bedding. With all charity shops closed and the clothes sitting in a corner for the last 14mths i decided to check on line and found iCollectClothes. I put my faith in them being legitimate, liking the idea of the money going to charities and so I contacted them. The service was very swift and not in the least troublesome. Booked very easily, replies were swift and picked up as planned. Didnt see them as i was at work - (you arrange with them where you will leave your items) - but I received confirmation that they were still collecting and confirmation on collecting. I would use again and recommend to others.”

“I am so happy to find a charity which collects and makes good use of items to raise valuable funds for a range of organisations. I was kept up to date by email and given a two hour slot which worked really well. I've used this organisation before and would recommend them.”
