“Excellent service, however it would be even better if you were able to provide Gift Aid registration, as this would mean a substantial increase in your funding.”

“Easy booking process. Only a small inconvenience caused by the multiple last minute changes to the collection time slot on the day of collection. Initially confirmed between 12:00-13:30 (approximately) and on the day I received multiple emails confirming various time slots. The driver arrived much earlier than anticipated and I was under a rushed environment to have all the bags ready. Other than this, I am happy with the service and I would recommend to others.”

“Kept me updated on collection times, they changed from my original preferred date to a different one (given the current times this was ok with me). Really friendly and on time 😁”

“Good organised collection , on time stated as I needed to get there for collection. I was unhappy that the collector did rummage through the stuff before putting on the van and outsoeted a few items. Not quite the spirit in which it was given to the charity.”

“Yeah Good service my donation was picked up on time.plus it Feels good it’s going to a good cause instead of going to the local tip. Just hope the money goes to people who actually need it and not some fat cat sitting in a luxury office building.”

“I am very happy with the service you have provided. Having cleared out my Auntys house I had lots of clothes to dispose of. With not being able to visit the Charity Shops you have provided a brilliant service andI will certainly use you again. Although you didn't manage to collect on the day I had booked, I had an email by return apologising and booking me in for another pickup date which you did. Thankyou so much.”

“A difficult time for me. Staff very helpful and considerate vehicle was only 5minutes last on arrival and goods were taken away very efficiently, one more thing at this time I do not have to think about. Will contact them again when I have more clothes to be removed.”
