They were brilliant . Got an email to say they were collecting 10th , sent first email with the time , then a second email with an adjusted time and third saying Thankyou for donation then under neath will collect on 17th.

I've been waiting all day for iCollectClothes to pickup our donations at the agreed time but no one has turned up. On top of that, I've had an email saying that my donation was collected...strange considering the bags of clothing are still sitting in my hallway ready for someone to come and get them. Don't think I'll be using this service again to donate to a charity....

They don’t collect the items that they state on their website that they do! Also, the time slot keeps changing making you wait the whole day.

Booked/requested a collection - no one bothered to get back to me. Left outside just in case - no one turned up. Giving 3 full bags to another charity! Be aware... very poor customer service

I requested bags to be picked up twice. Neither time they were picked up. The 2nd time I received an email to say they had been picked up but they are still outside my door. I sent my mobile number for them to call if needed. I live on a very easy street to find that no one else had ever had a problem finding. Now I will have to throw 2 huge bags full of clothes, bags, books all in excellent condition (some still with tags on) in the bin. Very disappointed on wasting my time and more so these could have gone to a worthy cause.

Not used them but appalling parking , van completely parked , all four wheels on pavement blocking safe passage by pedestrians .Road is wide enough to park on both sides without mounting pavement .

The guy that collected just threw all bags and boxes into the van. A few of the items you could hear breaking as it hit the truck. A few of the items where glass (may now be broken and unsellable). Not what we expected from a charity collection driver. We have used other services and they have always been happy and careful with all items. We will not be using this collection service again.

Kept changing delivery day and time, then didn't even collect the clothes but emailed to say it had been collected. I still have them so, no, it wasnt collected and no response from emailing.

I left 3 suitcases in the front garden, I didn't c the driver, but he just took them and went, I thought he would still ring the doorbell, if he did, I would have been able to give him the 15+ bags I had waiting 4 him in my passage

You sent me a confirmation email saying the bags were collected, then I return home to find them outside soaking in the rain. What was collected exactly?? What does collected mean too you?

I have bags collected from icollections a few times . So far the drivers are helpful and good. Today the guy that came he wasnt helpful . Didnt even offered me to help with the heavy bags. I had to carry it all to the door by myself . He took the bags and left. Shortly after I had to leave and when I was at the lobby, i saw 2 things was left or must have dropped out of the bags. I am not happy the time

You assessed all the linen as not suitable just because it was collected on a rainy day. Most of the bags were tied so it shouldn't have been a problem

Do not use this company if you want your collection picked up when they say they will. This is the second time this year I booked a collection and the second time they have had technical difficulties and are unable to collect today. And they only collect in my area once a week so 9 bags sit in my hall!
