I received an email claiming my boxes had been collected at 09:23am on 3rd March. My 3x very large boxes are still outside my front door. The driver didn't press my intercom (like previous drivers have) and apparently removed two bags from the front (communal) area. I suspect this is somebody else's household rubbish and this has greatly inconvenienced me. When I contacted customer service, I spoke with a very abrupt and unhelpful individual who was only interested in rebooking. As I said earlier, these are very large boxes, (many of the contents are new with labels) and I don't intend to bring them back into my home since they take up too much room. I think it was highly insensitive and inconsiderate for you not to arrange to return to my property to remove these boxes. I consider this to be poor customer service and I cannot be certain the items will still be available for collection when the driver returns on Friday 5th.

About the personnel who came for the collection. Though it's difficult to explain someone's body language but to say the least it was BAD. I guess the he was struggling to find the address. If you are not able to find the address, you can't attribute your frustration to me. I pushed my meetings to stay at the door waited there for 15 mins twice and I am receiving attitude look from the person. I am still trying to process that. I waved to him no response, i smiled in greeting no response i asked finding the address was tricky isn't it, no response. You wonder what i got? A passive scoff. I ask you to visualize that body language and think whether i will choose to use the service again. I will rather save myself from packing the clothes decently labelling and waiting at the door only to receive bad behaviour. I would rather dump them. You are doing an amazing job. We are together in this for our society. But the least we expect from each other is a good behaviour that was missing massively.

Donated many times before with no problems but the driver today flung our donations into the van, I heard glass break so I assume all the kitchenware I had carefully packed is broken and useless. Have emailed customer service with my concerns but I'm very disappointed and won't use this service again.

I chose one day for the collection and they rescheduled it 2 times, in the 3 weeks after, and never showed up. The last time they finally pick up the donation. The service has a very good purpose, but I think they have to improve it.

They driver was unable to find my house address meaning I had to physically go outside and look for him. I was on the phone to one of your receptionists “Amber” as I was looking for him and as I have him the bag of clothes and proceeded to swear at me and insult me and shouting by calling me a stupid “nigga” as he claims that he had been waiting a long time. The drivers name was Gunter and as he was shouting and swearing at me, he had a cigarette in his mouth. I will never donate clothes to this organisation ever again

The driver was kind enough to wait, but it was impossible for me to carry 9-10 full bags to his van. He left without taking anything at all.

Today 06.11.2020 at 10:25 I had a terrible experience with the driver (the wide guy) he didn't want to say his name, he opened my donation, and started to break the items I donated, just because he saw a bleach-stained towel and he didn't want to accept it, I had never seen such a lack of education, I make donations to help people, I believe that the most needy people wouldn’t mind that the towel is stained with bleach, there were many good things in the bag, this employee is a stupid and horrible person, I’ve been making donations for years my address, but now I will NEVER donate anything to the institution again, due to this terrible driver, I have never seen a person so disgusted like him, working with donation, we are doing a favour. And he said he had collected the donation, but left it here. The worst experience I had with donation.

Nothing has been collected and there are bags of good quality clothing still on my drive. I have waited two hours for the driver and no one has arrived, kindly contact me to let me know when the driver will be here as I have taken the morning off to wait for the driver.

Employer who works in the office are very rude and unpolite person. I missed the collection because the drive came out of the time booked, I mean booked 9:30 to 11:30 and he came 12;34 and I was in the middle of therapy session. When I call back 13:00 the operador was not receptive. This happen 27-10. It is so sorry, that happened.

My collection date was moved twice. When it was finally collected today the driver was on his last collection, his van was therefore full and he could only take two very small bags!!! I still have lots of bags left to be collected and I've waited over 3 weeks for this tiny collection to take place! Not impressed.
