We can collect your clothes donation from your home or your place of work, and your used/unwanted items will help raise funds for charities. Your chosen charity will receive £200 for every tonne of clothes collected.

“Happy to have 8 bags collected from the door BUT there was a huge notice on them asking collector to knock as there were 5 more inside. No knock! Grrr!”

“I enjoyed receiving updates regarding when/time our collection would be. What I did not enjoy was watching the bags being thrown into the depths of the van, which meant certain toys and items I had packed carefully are know likely broken or damaged/”

“I phoned prior to the collection to check if certain items could be collected and I was told they could. However when the van came the driver refused to take some kitchen items - mainly glassware so that was disappointing.”

“Great service and they pick up quickly and efficiently. A bit disappointed on review to realise that the clothes aren't going to charity and just a small donation to them. I'd misunderstood initially, and whilst its clear when you explore its a shame to think that profit is probably at the core rather than charity - particularly in current times with actual donations trickier with lockdown etc.”

“Great, prompt collection. The disappointing thing was when the driver literally chucked bags and boxes in the back of his van with no care literally smashing all glassworks. Utterly pointless.”

“No problems at all with arranging pick up, driver was on time, good communication over the internet. Driver could have been a little more friendly. Actually he was very miserable. I had a brand new ironing board (still in wrapper) and maiden, cost together £50.00, the only thing he said is ' we don't take that'!”

“Collection was rearranged 3 times and then changed on the day as well. Id forgotten to put the bags out for the 3rd time, the lady was fairly abrupt when she called to say my things werent out. I said id be home 5-10mins but she said the courier probably wont wait that long. I reminded her that itd been rearranged alot before and she said that he would wait if I was quick. The courier was nice enough, collected it fine and thanked me. I liked the idea of the ease of a collection from the house but I would probably just drive to a shop and donate in future.”

“The service and concept behind it is brilliant but your delivery driver leaves a lot to be desired. On two occasions he picked up my donation bags with such attitude and this time left a piece of paper I had left on top of the bag on the floor in the hallway even though it was clearly visible. Not appreciated - and service with a smile costs nothing :)”
