“Been growing for a long time. I wanted yo try different shop for seeds. They Came on time but not one of the seeds have germinated. E mailed ICEbut no reply from them so I won't be BACK..”

Hi Ant, We are sorry to hear that your order was delayed after being placed on Thursday 6th. I've taken a look and it looks like we had to order your seed in as this particular seed is ordered in fresh from our supplier for the customer :) Due to the Easter Holidays this didn't arrive with us till Tuesday as our store was closed on Friday 7th and reopened on Tuesday 11th. Your order was dispatched on Tuesday 11th for you and I can see this was delivered within the 1-3 working days arriving on Friday 14th.

Hi, I've taken a look and I can see that your order was delivered for you on the 21st :) Your order was dispatched for you on the 13th but due to Royal Mail being on strike both on the 14th and 15th your order would have been at their sorting office and not processing through their system. The order was dispatched on the 1st class Royal 24 tracked shipping you selected which is a 1-3 (2-4 working days during the festive season) working day delivery service which, due to the strikes, means your order wouldn't have arrived until 20th or the 21st at the latest as Saturday and Sunday aren't classed as working days through Royal Mail. Due to the season we have updated hours and shipping estimations which can be found here: https://www.iceheadshop.co.uk/christmas-opening-hours We also have all of Royal Mails strike days which can be found here under shipping information on the website: https://www.iceheadshop.co.uk/shipping2 I can see you did not contact us during this delayed shipping period but we are always happy to look into any delayed orders for our customers. “Ordered on the 9th Holi grail pen and hash and some kush for a Christmas gift. The cut of time for same day dispatch is 4.30pm I ordered at 10.30am but unfortunately it was not dispatched till the following week when royal mail was striking. When I called in was told can't cancel order and would have to put up with it. And CBD gummies with my order. I had to buy alternative gifts and use the products myself. Guess what only just over 40 puffs and small ones I must say on the Holi grail pen. Secondly nothing came sealed which is unfortunate. Never again sorry”

“The last few months have been frustrating in terms of deliveries and communication with the live chat staff. I'm aware that the strikes haven't helped but the chat staff are pretty useless unfortunately”

“I wish I could say it was a great product. But Honestly!! I might aswell have bought a normal vape. The flavour is lovely I got the watermelon ice so for that I'll give 1⭐️, delivery was on time so again for that I'll give it another ⭐️. But it was a complete waste of money 😒”

“Dont use hermes or evri as a courier, they came a week late on next day delivery then said its my fault i ordered before cut off time, even though that would mean 3 business days not 5”

Hi Joe, We only ship Mondays to Fridays as per our shipping information on the website. The cut-off for same-day dispatch is 3 pm for Evri orders and your order was placed after this on Friday so unfortunately, it didn't make dispatch. This order was dispatched for you on the 8th and was delivered on the 11th which is the last day allowance on the 1-3 working day delivery which is what the service is. Whilst they usually deliver the next working day this isn't a guaranteed service and it is a 1-3 working day service. For the next working day guaranteed please select the £6.99 Royal Mail option and this will arrive with you at 1 pm the next working day :)

“Didn’t receive my items in time in which I payed for next day delivery yes I had a discount but could have had the same with other companies and maybe faster and I am still waiting to see if the product is good or not as I have not reviewed them yet”
