Hi, I've taken a look and I can see here that we have answered every single email you've sent to us in the correspondence. The last email we have received from you was regarding re-shipping your order due to you entering an incorrect address address on the initial order which was returned to us so we amended the address and re-shipped. “Usually delivers on time. Been waiting about 10 days and not even hit royal mail yet. Don't say you will deliver on a day if you're still processing it 10 days later.”

Hi Peter, I've taken a look at the email correspondence and I can see you have been in touch with us and a member of our team has gotten back to you. Unfortunately your order has become lost in Royal Mail's system, we dispatched your order on time. A team member has offered to either replace the missing order for you or to refund you for the missing order, we are currently awaiting a reply from you regarding your preference :)

“When arrived the vape didn't work so bought a new one, contacted customer service who replaced the faulty one. Was really impressed made me feel a lot more relaxed but only using it a handful of times I couldn't get a draw from it. Raging doesn't cover it. Now having to send the faulty vape back to them before they can replace it. For the cost of it I definitely wouldn't buy again.”

I've taken a look and I can see you have paid for the Royal 24 service which is usually next day but NOT guaranteed and is a 1st class 1-3 working day delivery service. Next working day guaranteed is £6.99 at the checkout. Your order was dispatched on the 19th and was delivered for you on the 21st which is the 2nd working day :)

“C'est pas mal comme boutique sa fait longtemps que j'ai plus acheter dans la catégorie énergie,les poudre a sniffer c'est plus placebo et de plus se sont tous les mêmes ingrédients de la methoxenine chez pas quoi du café, rien a voir avec drogue de synthèse 3mma ou pentedrone,2fa,2fma, ou le 6apb et 5mapb qui se rapproche du MDMA,ou le 5mmpa (mephedrene)ou la syntechaine crystal substitution de la cocaïne.......et les prix sont en livre Sterling je trouve que c'est très cher, et de plus aucun effet uniquement l'effet d'un café et le nez rempli de plâtre, je c'est pas si il le message car les sites sérieux laisse Les messages négatifs, franchement plus jamais de la vie J'achète ce qui est énergie même happy caps de la vraie arnaque je l'ai TOUS acheté en promo a 7€ plus de 10 , ici ya juste j'ai vue le liquide cbd et le kit gratuit, mais un shop hollandais vend 3 canabiodes,jwh 2,et buccana,7af, substitution de Thc a mélanger avec liquide de cigarettes électroniques... voilà...”

“Sex-e happy caps may as well swallow a hand full of tic tacs for a better experience. With tic tacs at least you would have your breath freshened unlike these which were a total waste of money. Avoid like the plague and buy a pack of tic tacs”
