“They say you have three free attempt on your course. That is a lie. They over do their feedback. I as a teacher see is it as unnecessary over doing with their feedback and when you change what they ask and still wrong. Than you pau for the last attempt all of the sudden. This site is not recommended. They only looking for perfection people to pass not those who is trying their best if this was the only option for them to maybe get a job. I WILL NEVER recommend anyone to them. And support call is never available. They may have sale on the course but still steal money so you pay extra to pass no matter how much your course was.”

“I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH i-to-i TEFL. I CANCELED WITHIN THE 14 DAYS OF REGISTERING AND THEN A COUNTER OFFER WAS THEN SUGGEESTED, HOWEVER I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE OFFER AND WHEN I ASKED, I WAS NOT TOLD , I DID NOT ACCEPT THE COUNTER OFFER AS I DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT ENTAILED AND THEN THE NEXT THING I KNEW, MY MONEY WAS STOLEN. STOLEN BECAUSE I DID NOT ACCEPT THE OFFER, I HAD CANCELED1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THEM BUT NO LUCK FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS NOW. IF YOU HAVENT REGISTERED , PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, RATHER DO THE COURSE FOR FREE WIL ESL TEACHERS RECORD. “I've experienced an appalling level of incompetence. Attempts to seek assistance have been futile as I'm thrown between examiners without any meaningful support. The feedback provided is utterly unclear, making it impossible for me to learn or progress. Despite repeated efforts, I continue to fail a single assignment, obstructing my certification. Even leaving a review yielded no result; their response was a dismissive redirect to customer service, which in turn led to a dead end. It's an outdated and dysfunctional system that not only impedes learning but blatantly neglects to acknowledge or rectify its own failures.”

“Well I think I a brilliant job with my assignments, after having me do them over and over. I then received a congratulations you've pass L5. From a Ms. Rachel Williams. Then got a call from Mr. Sahm. He told me that he could not give me the L5 programme as passed. The thing that amazes me the most is that all the time, I always received a call back from the team. When it cam to getting a JOB assistance, suddenly the Academy is not allowed to make outgoing calls anymore. No one calls back or assist with emails. I was told about purchasing a resource package. No one has heard of it. TEFL tutors ask me what's a resource package. May I get some assistance please.”

“Poor customer service and am absolute lack of care. We are paying a price to recieve tutor support throughout the course. Otherwise the rest of the course content could have been obtained for free online. I feel like I have been scammed by these people. They take over a week to mark an assignment, then when the assignment is rejected twice they take a retake fee which you have to pay by calling them up. which takes up more precious time. Then they failed to see that I had already paid the retake fee and had me waiting an additional week to receive news that "you need to pay the fee". This is utter disgusting behaviour from this company. Mind you the changes needed to be made were so simple and easy to check it's a wonder why it takes a week to mark. I definitely will not recommend the course to anyone!”

“Absolutey terrible serive. I enrolled and 2 days later i needed to cancel becuase of finanicial reasons its a month later and no progress if the take money off my account ill be in trouble!! everyone i speak has a very avioding nature and just past me on to another person.”

“I am not satisfied. When following the course information and examples provided, I constantly have to resubmit assignments and sometimes due to ridiculous reasons. I don't know if it is merely the tutors that I got or if it is the entire system. I don't think the tutors' expectations and course work and examples are aligned!”

“I'm using a five star review to ensure others are informed before making any payment. The last review I sent was hidden. Please, please, please do not make any payments towards internship programs. The lack of transparency on requirements for processing is unbelievable. Again the policy on refund is crazy. You will not be eligible for a refund even when the fault is clearly theirs.”

“What is written on the notes is not what they are asking for come marking time. The "its easy and doable that is available in their notes" is really not worth the time of taking a whole year for their 420 hour course. for instance, for the IELTS exam waste of time they say "The candidates will be asked to write a letter. The letter could be to a friend, colleague, or a person in authority, and they may not be writing to someone they know.." Come application time of this theory, it is either irrelevant or they do not understand the activities. What they are quick to do is to ask for more money and say it is plagiarism for the same notes they gave for one to apply. I really feel for those that just signed up for this course with the hopes of improving their financial situation. You really are better off doing other things than making yourselves cash- cows for a company that does not even give notes that they apply on their marking. (its like asking for a list of men Cleopatra used to sleep with when she was alive running Egypt- yet they did not give it in the first place) COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME/ SCAM/COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME/ “It is okay as a course program if you're not in a hurry, have tons of time to wait for their feedback and 100% abide by their own terminology for assignments. Communications in general is pretty clumsy. I took the 180hrs course for 229€ (Level 5)”

“gave them a 4 star because of some issues i encountered with them.Things where going well,their communication is excellent,they respond to your emails and have your issues solved.They also do mark your assignments in time and give you an honest feedback.I learned a lot and it was a fun experience.Yes i did have some issues with my assignments but i learned to fix them and get things correct.My last assignment was a nightmare to be honest,although i failed it,thanks to Emily for trying her best to help me.The problem is they added another course when i was DONE with everything and my course access had already expired.I only noticed few days ago after i just received my certificate!!!!!! So now that i failed the other assignment and i didn't get to do the other course they added in last minutes, they gave me a 300 hour certificate but it was supposed to be the 420 hour certificate.I understand that i failed one course but for the one they added in last minutes and i didn't even know about, it is not fair at all!!! Otherwise i rate the experience a solid 8/10.”

“Good day Today I write this message with tears in my eyes. I would like to make an appeal my latest attempt on my assignment. it's so displeasing, now that I am at the end of my course, that I be showed this kind of treatment. it's all about the money! I feel that this being the last leg of my assignment, I should have been supported in a more thorough manner. in the past I was able to resubmit a third attempt. but now I must pay for a third attempt. I feel lost and unsupported. how do I know that I am moving the right direction based on the feedback that I was given with my first attempt. my course on expiring 31.20.2023 but I am to pay the re-take fee of R350. how do I know that this time when I re-submit it will be correct when I don't understand the feedback of the tutor and that's what I initially said when I received my first tutor review. I made the changes as best as I could understand her feedback and yet I feel like it was all in vain. how do I know the next assignment I submit will be credible? that is why I beg you to please have my assignment marked by a different tutor. when I enrolled, I was given a call at least twice a week from the tutors, now nothing. I will escalate this matter to gateway should I not receive a call from a tutor. never were my third attempts charged for in the past, now suddenly, I am to pay the R350 to re-submit/or have a different tutor, mark I paper. As I don't know what to do! I need a human response! I am in tears, knowing that is well established organization can do this to somebody and not put themselves in our shoes and feel all these kinds of emotions. you submit your assignment and usually within 3-5 days, you get response on your assignment. this assignment, took 7 days to be marked. (that was days wasted that I could have been doing what I am doing right now) so is all this being done intentional to stall time and to just make money off the individual.... then I get told by customer service that I should submit and then follow the tutor’s feedback from there. I have done so, and now I am being told that I am to pay a R350 to re-submit. Oh! And they cannot assist me in a tutor capacity. But never mind when I started this course I had the tutor 2-3 a day on the line with. Giving and guiding me on a path to passing. By making things simplistic. really really displeased by this. I must say this is Really pathetic.”

“The course was okay however, there’s a general lack of transparency in terms of requirements for internship. I do not recommend you pay for anything until the entire processes and requirements have been spelt out in detail. They take your money and communicate you are not eligible for refund even though they failed to communicate basic requirements. The entire internship sign on process has been very frustrating. Also reaching customer service is incredibly difficult.”

“Both the Academic Team and the Tutors have been very supportive and patient, in particular Rachel Williams, and Emily John. My sincere thanks to both of you, and the rest of the team for directing me when at stages I felt somewhat stressed and uncertain as to the way forward.
