I ordered some sample wallpapers on the 15th April and still haven't received the order and as it is now Good Friday I am not going to receive them today. If they don't arrive tomorrow it will then be Tuesday when I receive the samples, too late for me to make a decision this week-end as I had hoped. Lorraine Pugh

GOOD QUALITY PAPER BUT NOTHING LIKE THE COLOUR I ORDERED, jUST CHECKED AGAIN ON THE COLOUR SOOOO DISSAPOINTED ,I WONT BE ORDERING ON THIS SITE AGAIN.

I ordered some samples on the 25th February and they arrived on the 27th February, however, I received 2 of the same sample and was short of one of the samples I had ordered. I emailed sales on the 27th Feb and asked them to send the missing sample, but I received no reply, I emailed again on the 3rd March and still received no reply. Nice wallpaper not impressed with the unresponsive service.

i ordered mine over a week ago and so yesterday 6 days after paying they sent an email saying tomorrow along with a smiley face, which is now come and still no paper, i paid nearly £7 for delivery wont be using again,

My order was four rolls of wallpaper short. After notifying customer services. The missing rolls were sent out next day delivery.

Don't bother paying for samples I paid £6 for my samples and the size of the samples is so small I can't see the pattern or even the colour of the flower on two of them as theyare cut to small I just have a dot of the colour of the flower and the plan background it's ridiculous !!!

The delivery was super fast and efficient, but I found the size sent to be in-sufficient: you want the sample to get an idea of what it would look like on the wall, but the size sent was too small to get a view of what the wallpaper would look like.

I sent for two wallpaper samples and when I received them one was the wrong one. I think it is a bit much to have to pat for two little squares when you can go into other shops and get free samples. I expect to pay for postage which is fair. I then had to pay for another sample and more postage. Not good.

I've been asked to write a review about a product ordered a week ago that has now gone out of stock and not received! Paid extra for next day too did receive an e-mail to say I would have it this week although on your website it now says discontinued?

Recently ordered four samples which arrived in the post yesterday. Two of the four samples are not what we ordered - in fact they are completely different which is a bit annoying as international postage is expensive and takes time. In saying this, we do like one of the samples we chose and will probably order this shortly. We would be happy to accept a discount code in exchange for the wrong samples. Please email me if this is possible.

Feedback email arrived before the sample I ordered. Other samples arrived much quicker therefore decision was made, whilst still waiting.

I was happy to get a price match but had paid extra for next day delivery . I did not receive the paper for two days due to it being delivered to the wrong address lucky for me the person who got it opened it and saw the correct address within the package and brought it to my door.
