“The package has been left in a different door (not in my flat) and has been lost. I have attached the pictures of the door where the package has been left, and my door. They are obviously different.”

“I'm a decorator and a customer wanted a ILW pattern called Fika Leaf. I worked out how many rolls given the pattern repeat and everything and the nice lady ordered them. When I arrived to hang the paper I cut the first length to fit the room then discovered the second length had a "cut here" dotted line running through it. WHAT THE?....I then realised that the whole roll is divided up into four equal lengths, marked to show you where to cut. This, I did not expect. Anyway, it meant I needed another roll and when I phoned for help the man on the phone was very helpful indeed. It's still a dumb gag to play on people. But the service was good.”

“Terrible company. Wallpaper supplied was damaged- no refund as yet. Ordered another lot on next day delivery which then didn’t arrive and they accused me to cancelling the delivery with DPD which is not correct. Will be claiming through my card company.”
