“I ordered two samples but cut of the sample does not show the pattern. So the samples I’ve paid for aren’t useful.”

I'm sorry to hear your unhappy with the samples ordered from us, samples are cut to a specific size and as they're primarily for colour & texture purposes it's not always possible you will receive a sample showing the full design. “Delivered quickly. Not packaged up very well at all. Flimsy box with no packaging. Box all bashed and undone. Hermes tape all around it. Emailed I love wallpaper. Still no reply”

“I ordered a sample. Give. The design of the wallpaper, I felt the sample was poor. As the design was panels, the sample was not so that you could see a full panel rather half of two panels. I was none the wiser whether it looked realistic to wood panelling. I therefore will not be ordering this paper. Delivery time was rather long bit I assume this might be due to COVID 19 delays.”

“I had 2 different samples of panel effect wallpaper, the samples were far to small as the pattern is large you I could not see the full effect of the paper, very disappointing”

“The paper arrived quickly but on pasting the colour began to colour fade and had white patches on. We used a professional decorator who has done work for us before - not user error. When we called I love wallpaper, they took no ownership, we had to pay for express postage on a different colour as they only had the same batch, other wise we’d have a half finished room for Christmas! No refund given for the faulty paper-still denying it is faulty!! Terrible service.”

“I ordered something that was meant to be rose gold. It's not even gold key alone rose gold. Colours are not a good match to the website”

While we aim to demonstrate all our designs as accurately as we can with an array of images on the website, due to variation in lighting and other factors on an image, true shade can be difficult to capture. Samples are offered primarily for this purpose prior to rolls for a true in person impression to help you decide if its right for you. I am very sorry for any trouble this may have caused for you. “Loved the look of the wallpaper but the quality was poor. I wouldn’t buy again although I love the look of the products. I also didn’t like the attitude of customer service when I raised how easily the paper ripped.”

“I ordered a handful of samples so my 2-star review is based only on this. It would have been nice to have got the samples rolled up in a tube rather than folded into an A4 envelope. That's all.”

“The samples are not big enough just to get a full idea of the wallpaper patterns! Just go to your local store and get free samples as many as you like as they are FREE! How I love wallpaper can charge for what I received is a rip off”

“Beautiful paper, appalling quality. Ripped with every cut even though we were using brand new blades. In the end we had to 'bodge' it with rips and puckers and creasing along both the ceiling lines and skirting boards and around sockets. In places the apparent pattern match didn't match at all. We have put up a lot of paper, we aren't novices, and the first two strips went in the bin, only just had enough to finish. Very disappointed.”

“Love the colour and design of this wallpaper. Unfortunately the quality is terrible, paper easily tears, despite being navy I have numerous white marks on the paper which have appeared once it was pasted and put onto wall. I have been wallpapering all my life and have never had to experience such inferior quality.”

“I ordered samples which arrived promptly picked one I liked preceded to order, at the checkout was told no delivery to my area very disappointed especially the fact this was not picked up when the samples where ordered.”

“The wallpaper was lovely easy to hang but when getting bubbles out their was a lot of dye Transfer coming off the paper if rubbed to much it took the colour out had to redo a couple of strips Because of it Bit disappointed”
