“Had a Tempura mattress for 15 Years. My new Hypnia mattress is every bit as good. All five beds in our house now have Hypnia mattresses and the whole family is delighted.”

“Had the second mattress for around 6 years now and it has completely collapsed in the middle making a comfortable nights sleep impossible. In the process of sending photographs to Hypnia, but reading these reviews on here don't hold up much hope of a quick resolution even though it has a 10 year Warranty. Shame as the first one bought is pristine and has no issues, clearly a manufacturing/design fault with. Only way I will have another is if it is replaced under warranty, certainly won't be purchasing another.”

“We bought an expensive mattress 4 yrs ago and the mattress now has dips and just won't bounce back close to original form resulting in back issues and poor sleep for my husband and I .Been chasing Hypnia for 2 months now for resolution as the mattress has a 15 yr warranty .Sent pics and videos as clear evidence.Will never buy from this company again! Absolutely horrendous customer service!”

“Delivery late by one day, then only pillows delivered .Driver suggested that mattress might come tomorrow. Fair play to the driver he then traced the mattress and fetched it . No phone calls at all, a stress raising incident I just did not need at this time of year.”

“Only had the mattress for 3 years of the 15 year guarantee and parts of the mattress are unsleepable on. It does not support you and you have to use pillows to try and get a good night's sleep. Do not buy this unless you want to buy a new one after a few years. Company is refusing to honour the guarantee, despite sending them photos showing the sag in the mattress is greater than the 10% they request for the guarantee, so would not recommend any company or product where they refuse to correct their own mistakes. Starting legal action against the company.”

“Do not buy - the mattress we have has sags in parts and provides no support throughout the night after only 3 years. Sections are unsleepable on and if you do roll over into them in the night you wake up with hip / back ache as you’re just laying on compressed layers, so may as well sleep on the floor at that point. Despite sending numerous photos it’s taken 3 months of their “claims department” stringing me along to begin legal action for a refund against the warranty. Do not recommend.”

“Had to wait awhile for delivery of this mattress but we’ll worth the wait. Bit firmer than the previous hypnia memory foam mattress I think. Neither the wife or I can feel each other moving during the night. Highly recommended”

“Service excellent, rang me to advise me on the best mattress without any prompting from myself. I am getting use to the change from a ordinary mattress to my Hypnos, the support is great and I am happy to say I am sleeping better already. Very very please with my new mattress. Thank you Hypnia.”

“It was a bit of a wait for my Hypnia 12 inch mattress, but oh my goodness was it worth it! We are in love, and I can honestly say it is a little piece of heaven. Getting up in the morning is now a pure nightmare. Thank you Hypnia for your fabulous product- I will never buy any other mattress again.”

“Firstly, I would like to say how pleased we are with our new mattress, it is amazing comfortable and lives upto all the reviews, However getting the mattress was a journey in itself 🤔 We ordered an unusual size being a French Kingsize (shorter than a standard Kingsize), Steven from Hypnos even phoned up to check that we hadn’t made a mistake👍 However even after checking they still managed to send a standard Kingsize 😖 Upon notifying Steven at Hypnia they rapidly sent out the correct one👍 And arranged to collect the wrong one, The new mattress arrived a week latter👍 And the wrong one collected Oh no… upon opening the new mattress we found it was damaged - it had not been glued properly 😡 On the phone again to Steven🤔 Very apologetic, he promised to find us another👍 A few days later, a knock on the door, was it our new mattress? No. It was the original Kingsize coming back again😡😡 this wasn’t accepted and it was sent packing Finally a week later the correct and in damaged Mattress arrives with a couple of free memory foam pillows 😁👍👍 So it all ended up well - thank you Steven in sorting what was a catalog of errors and mistakes”

On this occasion, it took input from our Production & Despatch departments as well as our Delivery partner to make such a comedy of errors in getting the right product to you. “The heavy weight memory foam matress I ordered was the same as one I already had but because of supply problems I had a lightweight one delivered which was no where nere the quality of the one I wanted.”

“A Hypnia mattress was recommended by our neighbors and wow i'm so glad we went for it. Delivery was faster than expected and it is the comfiest mattress I have ever slept on. It's a strange sensation as the medium firm is extremely firm to touch but as soon as you lie down on it you just sink into it and have the best sleep imaginable. Both my partner and I have said that our back pain has improved and felt like we have had a great night's sleep. Another great feature of the mattress is that I can't feel anything when my partner gets out of bed or rolls over etc so I'm not being woken up at all. Overall I'm super happy I went with Hypnia and would highly recommend!”

“This is easily the best mattress I have ever had. It took a couple of days to get used to, but once I did it's phenomenal. I used to wake up with aches and pains, since changing to a full memory foam mattress I feel much better. Fully recommend this product.”
