Hi Lisa, Hope this finds you well.  I am sorry to read that you didn’t find our Prem Black Sacks fit for purpose. These are a very popular bag (we sell approx. 7,000 cases a year) and to be fair, pretty strong. It seems from what you wrote that you may have received a faulty case where the sealing machine has not sealed the bottom of the cases correctly causing the issue you have had. I have arranged for another case of sacks to be sent to you FOC as well as an extra case of a slightly stronger bag - our Prem+ sack – to try.
