“Scott and Martin braved the elements to produce an excellent job. Their work ethic and affability made the job, from our perspective, enjoyable and they were a pleasure to deal with. Special mention should also go to Andy whose ethusiasm and many suggestions were most welcome. I would recomend HPS to anyone and would do business with them again.”

“Supplied and installed hot tub, heat pump and then went on to relay and landscape a massive 10 car drive - this company is quite simply the best team to undertake all your garden, building and landscape projects. I can't recommend them too highly and I would be happy to provide any references. I am highly delighted, just to add I'm a professional Architect by background with many years of service so I know what I am looking for - I have received nothing but absolute quality.”

“On our first visit we found a very warming and friendly showroom spoke to Andy who was very knowledgeable and helpful he arranged a site visit and gave us a good price whilst waiting for the work to commence we spoke with a lovely lady called Katie in the office who was very efficient and professional On the day the work commenced Scott, Jacko and Alex came on site in the freezing cold nothing was to much trouble for these guys very professional, clean and tidy workman who did a fabulous job of laying the block paving ready for the hot tub and Remanso to be fitted along came Mark and Martin who did an excellent job would highly recommend these guys. We absolutely love our Hot Tub”

“Excellent service. Polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Sorted out a few issues with my Vita Spa hot tub including replacement speakers. I would have no problems in recommending Hydro-Active Pool Spa’s either for a spa/hot tub or servicing! Customer Service is excellent and have had no problems dealing with the company at all.”

“Had an air source heat pump fitted by Martin and works great. The tub was costing between 8 and 9 pound a day to run. Now runs at about 1.50 a day. Paying for itself already 👍🏻”

“We have had HPS Leisure to landscape our garden. We cannot thank them enough. The customer service has been brilliant. The landscapers were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, they worked long hours during a heatwave and did a fantastic job! We are thrilled with our new garden. Thank you!!!”

“Been with this company for 8 years since purchasing the hot tub every year annual service Just had a repair done and again Martin went above and beyond. In 8 years not had one issue with this company Katy in the office is fantastic. It’s good old customer service at its best I will recommend them 100%”

“Hydro-Active Pools & Spas came to service our hot tub which they did fantastically and properly! To the point where we saw legs out the top whilst they made sure to polish every bit! We also discussed a heat pump which we decided to have installed. They organised the installation swiftly and Martin the engineer came and installed the heat pump very professionally and also took the time to explain exactly how it worked which was very useful. Since having the heat pump our electricity bills have over halved daily even factoring in the warmer weather, a no brainer with the cost of electricity now and I would recommend anyone thinking about one to contact Hydro-Active Pools & Spas and get one installed! Fantastic company and special mention to Katy in the office who has been brilliantly helpful at every step!”
