“Excellent service from ordering to delivery The sales staff go above and beyond to help and everything including 32 amp electric supply and crane delivery were all taken care of by the hydroactive team So all We had to do was wait for it to heat up and we were in I read a lot of reviews where people put them on straight after delivery so you don’t see about any after sales customer service Well I would like to point out that after delivery I had a small issue about noise from hot tub and the after sales customer service is excellent After speaking to Jess who I have to say is so helpful she got in touch with the engineers and they were straight out and sorted the problem the same day ( thank you Martin 👍 ) I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say that if your looking to buy yourself a hot tub then look no further than hydroactive pools and spas for great products at unbelievable prices and a team of staff from sales to delivery and after care that are really helpful and whatever questions or queries you may have they go the extra mile to help”

“Excellent service done via email and over the phone due to Covid. Everyone from sales staff to crane operator to installers were polite, courteous and really helpful. Recommended to family before it had even been installed! Great company to work with. Highly recommend.”
