“Josh and his colleague installed our hot-tub today. Regardless of the atrocious weather they were great. Josh took the time to explain everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Very approachable, patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these guys, not forgetting the electrician who visited a few days earlier. All round great team of people with high professional standards. Thank you.”

“Chris and Josh did a top job installing our new tub - couldn't do enough for us - was extremely patient with all my questions - putting my mind at rest with their knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble. Also Jacko was a star when he came to do the pre-install electrics install - again, knowledgeable, patient and an all round tidy job.”

“Had an issue with one of the air diverters not shutting off! Sent a WhatsApp message to Chris, he called me back immediately and was out the same day to rectify it! That is what I call prompt customer service, such a great helpful guy. Aftercare is on point.”

“Had a problem with hot tub not heating correctly. Contacted the company and Martin one of the engineers called me back within the hour to talk about my concerns. He advised that it would have to be booked in to change a part. 20 minutes later got another call ofartim who said he would be with me within the hour. What an unbelievable service. He arrives changed the part and everything working as it should be. Once again thank you Martin for excellent aftercare and service.”
