What a racist company. Item was faulty and still not returned my money back as as I am “Asian”. Do not buy from here people as they do not treat all their customers equally.

I bought this watch for my husband for his birthday and today gave him the gift and doesn't work, I now have to return and full refund.

I dislike giving negative reviews but sadly this is one. Received the Paul Smith socks (pack of 3) but when opened each pair still had the security tags attached, they were returned and contacted Harley’s 18/1, only this pack remained so tags removed and sent to me, 31/1 and still no socks.

I ordered a pair of boots online to be delivered to my local Hurleys store. The boots were unfortunately too small so I asked the store what my options were. They didn't have another size for me to try so I asked for a refund. This is where it got a little crazy? I was told that I could not return the boots to the store and I would have to go back online and start a returns process this way. I protested that I hadn't even left the store and I purchased from the same company so why can't I just leave them with the store? "Oh, because you haven't actually left the store we can handle this for you", was the response I received. What on earth is the difference? Hurleys you need to look at your policies.

I ordered some boots from Hurleys with the offer of free delivery due to their cost of the boots. Unfortunately the boots were unsuitable. I returned the boots paying the return postage, other companies offer a free returns label if goods unsuitable. I was very disappointed to receive an email from Hurleys stating they would be taking the cost of the postage to send the boots to me out of the money returned to me. Hence I paid two lots of postage. I will not be buying any further products from this company or recommending them to family or friends.

I didn’t receive item….you took my money then cancelled the order saying it was out of stock meaning I then had to wait another 5 days for my money back…poor service!

Can’t believe you are asking me to write a review I placed the order and it told me I had to wait a week for my order then still nothing waited another few days still no delivery then I rang up asking where is my order and I was told it was not in stock just a few days before Christmas. Terrible experience

Made and paid for an order for item that was in stock. Day or two later email to say they had examined the item and it wasn’t up to their standard so they cancelled the order. Try checking stock before advertising availability on your website

Order still hasn’t turned up despite ordering on 9th December and being quoted a 1-3 day despatch for a Christmas gift. Was quoted an “error” on Hurleys part as to why it still hasn’t been sent out and it is yet to be rectified. Shocking service and will never be ordering again from them. Avoid at all costs!
