Awful item came damaged and now they’re not returning any emails at all would never buy from here again !

I had to return them as they were too tight on my calves making them very uncomfortable I was under the impression that Hunter Wellington boots were more generous around the calves but they wete not

We do stock the adjustable range in our Hunter boots which allow for a little more room in the calf if you wish to have a look in the future. Despite the wellingtons being unsuitable I do hope that you had a positive shopping experience with us.

Ordered on the 11th of January. Order still not arrived. Contacted them and they didn’t answer but they did on the second attempt. No explanation of why the order didn’t come. Said it was in its way. Let’s see….

Really thin material and poor quality - retuned at cost as Hurleys charge for customers to return pls read really some print on site somewhere. Free delivery but no nite of returns you pay for postage on home page etc. shame charged for returns as I then ordered from boss site different joggers and free delivery and returns if needed.

Hi Sonia Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear this. I can see a full refund was applied back to the original payment method on Thursday of last week. This can take 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank so keep an eye out for this coming through in the next couple of days. Kind regards.

Good afternoon I’m very disappointed with your company I purchased the below product before Christmas and still haven’t received the product. Your advisor has informed me that the DX has lost the parcel and I now have to wait for a refund until they investigate it further. This is totally unacceptable, this was a Christmas gift for my son who has a disability. This has ruined my Christmas and his most especially. I demand a full refund immediately, I will take this to your local newspaper and have already published a online review about this poor company. Peter

I completed my online order with total payment made that includes item and international shipping fee, only to have their customer service contacted me and advising the shipping fee has increased and I will need to pay for the surcharge before the can ship the item. No one does business this way!
