Ordered a moschino top with jewels on had the top 2 weeks worn once jewels fallen off returned to the shop, however ordered online they have taken the top to send off, no refund, no credit note just a proof of return! Not happy

Badly let down buy Hurleys Bought and paid for boots for my daughters birthday only to be told the day before/ 5 days later that the boots were not in stock. Wouldn't recommend and very much doubt that we'll ever use again.

Customer service at Hurley is absolutely horrible. I ordered two sets of Ugg cleaning products and one of them had a double of cleaner bottle and missing a protector bottle. I gave one set away for Christmas present and kept the other one. Once I wanted to use it I realised the fault. I contacted the customer service and now it has been two months and the issue hasn’t been resolved. They’ve asked me to take a photo of all the bottles from two sets because they don’t believe me as to the incompetence on their part and think I am trying to get an extra protector.. absolutely pathetic. I will never order again from their website. The lowest quality of customer care I have ever been faced with.

The process for Hurley's was very slow for an international service. It took them a while to ship and my item is still not here after 21 days. They say I have to sign for my item, but I have not yet received a date of delivery. They also do not offer an alternative to sign online and allow them to just leave my item. The purchase process was easy, but I ordered another pair just like these boots from the UK and from Spain (3 in all) and they both arrived already despite being ordered after this item. Please work on your international delivery process.

Hurley's carried Uggs mittens which I purchased. The price immediately went down and they REFUSED to price adjust! Their "too bad" attitude was a shock to me as this company was highly rated. When contacted, they did not get back to me until almost a week later. They insisted that their "price varies with the amount available." That's fine, but I contacted them immediately. A hugh shipping charge prevents me from returning the mittens and re-ordering. I am so glad that Hurley's is doing SO WELL that they can afford to lose a customer.

I ordered an item and the next day, the price went down. I didn't even get the item yet and they wouldn't issue the refunded difference. Poor customer service as it took forever for them to answer my request.

Really poor service from this store. Stuck in the dark ages and staff have the 'computer says no' attitude. Purchased an item from this store for Xmas and not suitable....phoned store to explain that couldn't return it until beginning of Jan as abroad and told ok by the Manager (received by them on 5th Jan). Low and behold Manager denies having said that and refuse to give a refund only a credit note. In small print they state it's just outside returns period. Beware of small print. Never again. Customer service non existent.

bought a dress off you for 170 pounds and it had a hole in it, took it back and got a refund. re-ordered the dress which took a week to get, with a lot of phone calls to your offices, when it arrived in store and i came to pick it up it was the same dress with a hole in it. I was disgusted with this service and your staff agreed ! i don't except this from a shop that has these prices, you offered me 20 pounds on a gift card, but the problem is , i will never shop with you again ! so that was pointless.

Awful customer service, if you have to return anything which the goes AWOL in the post and the customer has to do the chasing, will never buy anything from them again. They keep your money and you end up £72 out of pocket. How does that work.

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots which were £35 cheaper than anywhere else. I then ordered the same boot in a different size a day later for a friend. Both pairs arrived together 3 days later. Excellent boots. Excellent service. Would not hesitate to use Hurley’s again.
