I would write a review only I never received it! After 8 days I got a message saying the order had been cancelled and my money refunded. I did get a discount code to use on my next order.

The boots were (one of the feet) too small. When returning an item please be aware - you are charged for returning, along with the original delivery cost being taken out the refund.

Great choice and prices but it cost nearly £12 to return a pair of boots. So will probably not order online again.

Hurleys are great bought a coat online took back to shop for an exchange then had to take back again due to a fault and they have been brilliant.

No problem with the product itself and the Hurley’s price was cheaper than the actual brand website’s brand price which was good. However I didn’t appreciate the fact that I was followed around the store by two sales associates like I was a shoplifter, being constantly watched and followed down every aisle, when I had a browse in the shop before I collected my order. I was intending to make another purchase in store but this behaviour completely put me off and annoyed me. I don’t appreciate being judged in a store, basically judged on my appearance, when the sales team have no concept of what my bank balance is.

Zip was very difficult to move. It ended up breaking but fixed it but as for the cost happy.

Bag as described. Less expensive than other sites . I love it . Great size for daytime with strap, or with no strap as a clutch . Delivery a shambles. Paid for next day (at vast cost). It didn't arrive. Hurley's don't intervene at all, and instead advise to contact their delivery company (royal mail). Hurleys engaged them to deliver . I think my contact is with them, not royal mail. I think they should take ownership to help.

The actual polo shirt was a five star but I decided to give a 3 star because of the delivery timing. I don’t know if this was Hurley’s fault or DPD but I’m very lucky it came on Eid day.

Waiting for a refund. Product lovely but hard online to see colour. In reality these were pinky orange rather than a warm cream. Shame I’ve had to pay postage return.

Reasonable service from Hurleys but found item was cheaper at sale prices in most other Boss stockists. Boss joggers themselves were poor. More like pyjama pants so item was returned Speedy online refund from hurleys

The bags alright but I prefer the old leather ones legendary bags man the zip on this bag is cheap and sticks out open for rain to rust tha stuff I’m 17 tho so idrc the design is Ayt tha metal on the strap will hurt ur shoulder after time don’t spend 145£ on it I got it for 108 all together when it was on sale at Hurleys

Bought the jacket as it was a birthday present for my child. Thought I was buying new, found out when my child unwrapped the coat that there was remnants of tobacco in the inside pocket. Checked coat over and all is OK with it. Wouldn't shop here again, purely because of this.
