Ordered the two items only one arrived, it was only after my order arrived , that I had to contact yourselves, there was no reason why only half the order had arrived, and then you had the cheek to tell me that what I had ordered in the first instance, was still in stock, and would I like to reorder it, I'll keep away from Hurleys for a while, far better alternatives on the web Regards Andrew Aspinall.

Jacket arrived with security tags still attached, clearly ex display. Contacted Hurleys to enquire how to remove, to be met with no response. Ended up taking a saw to my new Jacket. Very poor

I ordered a slim fit, and I received what appeared to be a straight-cut pair of jeans. Shipping costs were not refunded either, the first and last order you ever get from me !!

I’ve not even had the polo top. Terrible service and aftercare. If this isn’t sorted in the next few days I will be doing a re charge through my bank.

Thank you for taking the time to review Andy, we appreciate all feedback. As per our emails, a claim was submitted to the courier service as soon as we were able to do so and as explained it can take 30 working days to resolve, but once a decision has been made by the courier service, this can be actioned on our side. The is both ours and the couriers procedure, which must be followed. Now I do apologise, as I know this is not an ideal situation, but I can assure you this is not an everyday occurrence and will be treated with the upmost importance. I sent it back to exchange it for a bigger size and they never sent me a response, I send an email and no one responds

Ordered a pair of Boss Sweat Pants and received some stained and damaged ones in a clear sellotaped bag. Obviously returns of some sort. Took photos and contacted customer service who accepted return and emailed postage label. Returned Boss Sweat Pants with tags still intact but then refused refund or exchange. Trading standards involved. Stay well away. Shocking customer service.

Hi Gary, Thank you for your review and contacting us again. As we have explained at length that the pants you returned to us are not the ones shipped out to you and they are worn and damaged and the ones shipped to you were brand new. We of course were not aware of the state they were returned in upon your first contact, only after they had been received back and the return processed, CCTV footage of packing investigated etc. Thank you for your concerns however there are no internal issues, we do take accusations like that very seriously, and investigate them in full with our team where appropriate. Your query was escalated however the information presented does not change the circumstance of the situation and your return hence that nothing further could be done to assist you. I would also like to take the opportunity to assure you all of our reviews are from legitimate customers, and whilst i appreciate your insight on a coincidence over a first name and inital, it is just that, a coincidence. We checked that the review was from an order placed by one of our genuine customers. I would advise if you find an issue with each order you place as i can see dating back to the begining of 2022 that you perhaps shop elsewhere, so we can focus on providing our customers with the best experience possible and ensuring as positive an environment for our staff as much as possible. The item arrived with a security tag still attached which had caused fraying to the area it was attached too. Merely handling the tag caused further damage. It was obvious this tag had been on for such a long time it had caused irreparable damage to the item. I don’t understand why there would be a security tag on a packaged item ordered online . Unless of course it’s dodgy or stolen goods. Id have returned this item if it wasn’t for the belief that I’d have been blamed for the damage which was already there as a result of an ill fitted tag. Can’t help but feel the tag was left on so the blame could be put on me. Absolutely shocking service

I was asking for a replacement an different size , what i got was a refund not even the hole amount , i send the trainers back i payd for delivery another extra cost , my review for you is super extra poor , don’t buy from them .

All of our exchanges are of course subject to stock availability and I can see that our customer service team sent you an email on 12th May to explain that unfortunately a refund was applied as we did not have a UK size 5 in stock to fulfil your exchange request. Again, I do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

I was sent the wrong product (completely different earrings) a couple of weeks ago and have still not had a reply from anyone regarding a refund or the correct product being sent. Someone was quick to pick up the customer service phone however, I was asked to send in images and evidence of the wrong product, still have not received an update/reply.

Item not received & when raised with Customer Services was initially advised to contact courier myself! I had not received any notification of despatch & when this was pointed out to Customer Services was advised they would contact courier but only after 7 working days from date it was allegedly delivered. This item was ordered to wear to a close family members funeral & they refused to send out replacement item or refund until after claim raised with courier after 7wd. Was left with no choice but to place order for replacement with another company whilst waiting for refund. Not a great service!

I was very disappointed with my order. The shorts I buy come with a receipt in the packet. Th Shorts was already buy and the person return it because of tag hole in the back
