“Ordered some trainers on Thursday afternoon and they arrived Saturday afternoon. Telephoned first to discuss sizing and was advised to go for a larger size than usual and they are an excellent fit. Thank you Humber Runner.”

Jennifer, you order was received at 17:35 on a Sunday and dispatched before 11am the next day. The slight delay in you receiving your order was due to the volume of mail currently being handled by Royal Mail. While we aim to get orders to customers within 5 working days at certain times of the year there are delays beyond our control. We apologise that in this case delivery took 6 working days.

“I had a question answered really quickly, after which I ordered some new running shoes and they were delivered the next day (it wasn't even supposed to be a next-day service). Really efficient set-up and I'm happy to recommend.”
