“Delivered my bench safely and in good time. The instructions could be slightly clearer as I had a bit of a struggle to sort out which way round some pieces went. Could have done with including an Allen key.”

“Ordered large extendable table with 10 chairs, cushions, lazy suzie and covers. All excellent quality and delivered quickly. Had a problem with the first lazy suzie which didn't spin but a new one was quickly despatched and that is working well and already in use. The covers are really good and would recommend them when buying the tables and chairs. Items were delivered quickly, we weren't informed re the delivery of the smaller items but the courier contacted us re the larger items and a delivery time was agreed that worked well for us. Great service and great products. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for good quality garden furniture at a competitive price.”

“MEMORIAL, COMMEMORATIVE TEAK GARDEN BENCH We are very happy with the bench. Not only does it look great in our newly created scree garden, but is also nice and comfortable to sit on. The assembly was straightforward and, although some of the dowels did not go in completely, the bench feels quite sturdy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is looking for quality outdoor furniture at a reasonable price.”

“excellent product when it finally arrived. The courier firm failed to deliver on the day it promised. I was on holiday the following week but despite doing my best to make them aware of this they continued to try and deliver. This firm XPL is useless”

“Having ordered a set of garden furniture I found delivery was prompt. However on opening up one of the packages I found there was damage to one of the chairs. I emailed the customer service and informed them of the damage. The following morning 09.30 a replacement package was delivered without issue. Excellent service/customer service throughout. Lottie having been extremely helpful and very prompt in her actions. I strongly recommend this company (especially Lottie in customer service) and their products. Satisfied customer Ron Lamb.”
