“I am a little disappointed with the Monte Carlo 8 seater. The table comes either untreated, or if it is then its not really working. We had the Monte Carlo covers, but after it rained once we took the covers off to reveal all the timber water marked. The covers obviously aren't water proof and the table not protected. To make things worse, oil or treatment has run off and stained my brand new patio. Also the table in the unextended set up doesn't have a parasol hole which means you either have to have it full size all the time, or not have a parasol. The base also doesn't have a clamp incase the parasol ever goes into uplift which could be as easy as a butterfly screw. This isn't what I expect for £1100 piece of furniture and covers.”

“I was a bit apprehensive as the offer seemed too good to be true. I bought the Antibes 10 seater. It was delivered within 24 hours, as promised. An initial problem with delivery was swiftly sorted out and it came in time for an event 48 hours from when I purchased online. The office phoned me and kept me in touch, and totally delivered. I could not be happier. It’s a wonderful addition to our garden. Isobel and Jonathan , Devon”

“We recently purchased an extending teak garden table with ten chairs from Humber Imports. The ordering process was simple, the price was very competitive and delivery took place within a week. The table came flat-packed and therefore required assembly. This was pretty straightforward, and overall we are very happy with our purchase.”

“I purchased a patio table and 4 chairs from Humber Imports in October 2020 and have been using the table and 3 chairs outside with no issues. The 4th chair has been in the garage and used only occasionally. When I brought it out to use a few weeks ago the wooden slats on the seat came away from the frame and rendered the chair unsafe to sit on. I checked the guarantee which was for 12 months after the date of purchase. I contacted Humber Imports and spoke to Lottie in customer services who was happy to send 2 new chairs (as they come 2 to a box ) with no questions asked. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this company. A big thanks to Lottie and wish other companies would follow this example of how to keep customers happy.”

“Having bought some years ago a table and 6 chairs from Humber Imports and having had good use out of the set we needed to replace 1 of the chairs, just wear and tear! We ordered 2 further chairs which were delivered very quickly, the service from Humber Imports has been first class. I am more than happy to recommend this company, for quality of product and service received.”

“Quick and easy to order and at a great price. Delivery was extremely fast and very well packaged and the driver was very polite. The table was easy to assemble and the good thing is that as there are no metal parts, there is nothing to rust, unlike our previous one. Excellent quality and looked great as was, although we applied a coating of teak oil which has given a richer colour and hopefully, added protection. We are very happy customers and the table and chairs look fantastic.”
