“Easy to use, recording in HD and surround sound. Picked up quickly as I have an older non HD Humax that has given great service for many years.”

“I have been very happy with my new Human until last night (Friday). When I went to look at a recording the machine went to the Program page and page told me there were no Recordings.The light on the human was at green. I tried to switch the humax but there was no movement. I tried this a number of times to no avail. Eventually I switched the humax off at the power source and when I switched it on again it worked as normal. What happened here? I would like you to record this occurrence as were it to happen again I would be seeking a replacement. I would point out that I only use the humax to make and watch recordings. “It provides a high definition recording facility which is what it is designed to do and is well priced but there are features that let it down.You have to wait some twenty seconds after switching over from "stand by" before you get a picture.I have just upgraded from their 8000 series which was some twelve years old and that was much better thought out in terms of initial switching from T.V to recorder,you actually had a progress bar and was much quicker.”

“after experiencing a tivo box for several years after the demise of my old Humax box the new one is great and like having an old friend back, despite this model being short on gizmos it does what it says on the tin, great to have a Humax back full marks”

“By eventually supplying a T4000 that worked as the first 2 failed within a week. The remote buttons were difficult to use on the second remote. Again had to purchase another.”
