“Been using this since 22nd June it’s now the 26 th July and I’m that time I’m down 4 links and nearly about to remove the 5th … I use this for 10 mins in the morning ,afternoon and in the evening ( obviously with a healthy eating plan)”

“Really liked this product. It's the first time I have found exercising fun in a long time. Once you get the hang of it you can really feel the benefits. Remember to stretch out afterwards in your lower back and shoulders and start off with shorter sessions until you get used to it.”

“Good product, does what it suppose to take a wee bit to get used to it, but when ya do after a wee while it easy to use, Good sturdy so far anyway, and have it about 5 weeks”

“Very easy to put together took a couple of days to find my rhythm but smashed it now never used a hoola hoops before but now I can do it there's no stopping me just got to wait an see if I lose the weight”

“I thought this item would be super gimmicky, but I'm actually pleasantly surprised so far. I'm obese and was worried this wouldn't fit, but i took my measurements and compared to the items information and it worked out just fine.”

“I think this is a great bit of kit. I saw it on tiktok like most people and was hesitant to get it at first. Considering I have a damaged knee but I worry my brace it's brilliant. So easy to put together, and the noise doesn't bother me. In fact it gives me a little rhythm to hoop too as well as music. I use it for 30 minutes a day and I'm always sweating like anything, I'm on 21 links so I'm excited to take more off as I progress. The only thing I would say is what the hell do you do with your arms haha. Fantastic bit of kit I love it”
