“Lot easier than hula hoop for beginners! Keep rope short to start. Links can be bit awkward until you get use to them.”

“Started using this with 23 links, fully extended ball and am mega happy with it. Still trying to get use to it. Find my Grove and trying out different positions thats works for me. After my first week I do believe I will be needing to take a link off which am chuffed with. I will also be bringing in the ball slightly each week so am getting more of a work out.”

“I deliberately didnt buy cheapest and am really happy with this purchase. Once you get use to how it assembles and connects its really easy to use. I have used everyday and each day it gets easier. I am beginning to feel the impact on my stomach muscles. Great little piece of kit.”

“Getting started is tricky you need to get your rhythm right, then your off. Enjoying using mine and seeing all the other ladies online using theirs and they’re so happy when removing a section due to weight loss.”

“I was worried this might be too heavy or difficult for me to do, I was so wrong. It took a day or too to get used to, I watched a lot of Tik tok videos to get some ideas re technique and finally by the third day I could do half an hour. Fabulous.”

“This thing isn’t a miracle and you won’t just drop weight with the click of your fingers BUT I’ve been calorie counting and using my weighted smart hoop everyday for a week (an hour a day) and I’ve lost 3kg and one of the notches off the hoop. It does work if you can keep using it daily and also watching what you eat helps a ton ❤️”
