“I recently bought a aquarium heater and it arrived broken...I got straight onto Hugglepets and I can say what poor customer services as it took a month to get my money back and a dozen emails.
All I can say is shocking and do not recommend to anyone, I just hope my external filter I bought also don't have problems”

“Quick delivery of dog kennel, however it was broken when arrived. Used website to “contact” and had nothing back! Luckily my husbands handy so we can make do and use the kennel but doesn’t seem to be another way of contacting the company other than this “contact” page and I guess they can ignore you if they so wish! Disappointed”

“It's second time I've ordered an xxl cage from Huggle and it's cheapest I've found and it was delivered the day after and its great quality metal cage with a metal bottom tray I've previously bought a xxl cage from a different place but the bottom tray was only plastic and it didn't last very long. I'd definitely recommend Huggle”
