“We booked a cabin on la sirene in Argeles sur mer with firefly, we was a bit warey about booking it at 1st as we hadn’t heard of them before. I enquired via email for a price and availability the next morning i was called by steve from firefly , he was very helpful and put our mind at ease how professional they were and his knowledge. We decided to book the cabin and the bed linen , thet took a small deposit from us and 8 weeks before we settled the main balance. 1 week before we was due tongonwe decided tonadd the towel package on as we didnt want to mess about washing towels , steve was very happy to help and messaged the site when we arrived the beds were made and 6 towel packs was waiting in our room. Top marks for steve and gang at Fire fly we would definitely book again with them and would highly recommend them. The holiday park was fantastic to for all ages 5***** from us on the whole holiday Thanks again the Withers family”

“Firefly were fantastic from start to finish - we had a problem with our flight schedule (which wee booked separately ourselves) changing and they sorted out the change of our accommodation and transfers no hassle at all - great personal customer service, highly recommend them and we will definitely book with them again”

“Jez and all the team were always very friendly and so helpful. Our holiday had to be cancelled a couple of times and rescheduled and always felt very reassured in the safe hands of the firefly team. Absolutely outstanding service.”

“Amazing from start to finish. Booked in 2019 but covid hit and they were so helpful. Changed it 2 years in a row. Kept in contact. Would definitely recommend and will be booking with firefly again for being patient and so helpful and was also cheaper through firefly holidays.”

“Outstanding customer service from beginning to end! We had never heard of Firefly before we booked with them but they have been amazing on all levels and I would 100% recommend them. Our holiday had to be rescheduled numerous times due to Covid but it was no trouble at all thanks to the great service we received :)”
