“Steve was very helpful during the booking process particularly as we postponed the holiday twice due to covid. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We even got a text when we arrived to check everything was in order. Steve was knowledgeable about the site that we stayed at. I was particularly impressed that after an early morning flight that we could check in early and everything was ready for us. We had a fabulous holiday and I will definitely use Firefly again.”

“My vacation to Italy was delayed a couple of times during the pandemic but Steve and co at Firefly were extremely accomodating and helpful when rearranging dates to suit differing flight schedules. I even got a text checking we had arrived safely and making sure everything was in order. I wont hesitate to book with Firefly again in the near future.”

“Absolutely excellent, personal, service. It must have been an incredibly difficult time for the Firefly team through COVID, with so much disruption to manage, and yet they were always friendly, helpful, considerate and flexible. Made a very stressful time for us much better. We were so glad we had decided to book our holiday through them, rather than direct.”

“Our contact - Steve Nettlemill - has been exemplary. I cannot praise him enough. We had to delay our holiday due to the pandemic and he supported us without pressure, and allowed us to have time to make choices and get the best deal. His support has been invaluable, and unwavering. We will continue to holiday with Firefly and recommend it to friends.”

“Firefly's Service feels very personal, from the advice given about location and accommodation, to the way they keep in touch. Tamarit where we stayed is a real jewel on the Costa Dorada- it's surrounded by trees, has amazing snorkeling just round the corner, has a beautiful seafront shack and restaurant beside a rocky castle, is immaculately maintained and within 25 minute walk along the beach to a lovely Spanish village.”

“As a family we have never used any sort of travel agent service - we’ve always booked holidays ourselves. So I was sceptical about what Firefly could do for us. How wrong I was! From beginning to end (and the long period of Covid and lockdowns in the middle!) Firefly provided outstanding customer service. They were phenomenal in every respect - advice, communication, financially. I can’t thank them enough. Especially given the challenges faced during 2020 and 2021. We always felt as though we were in very safe hands.”

“Firefly moved this holiday 3 times due to COVID and each time it was stress free. They helped at each stage and even secured an upgrade for us when we finally got to go in 2022!”

“It’s only all good thinks that I can say , from start too finish , Steve was absolute pleasure to deal with, answered all my queries checked in on us when we arrived to make sure everything was okay ,we were able to get an upgraded the week before we were due to travel, all I can say that we had a fantastic experience and I hope who ever reads this will have the same experiences as we had, it’s a pity that more companies were not like firefly travel . Will a 100% booking with them again , thanks again Steve , Rosemarie”
