“Good value but intentionally slow customer service. Once you’ve ordered, that’s it. If you try and change an order, even immediately after placing it, you’ve no chance.”

We do try and adhere to cancellations/amendments where possible, but we do try and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, so we cannot always adhere to the requests and your order was dispatched within hours of it being placed. Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you are displeased, our returns period is 14 days from the date of delivery as specified on the website. We cannot refund you on this occasion due to this being outside of the returns period but are happy to accept the order back as we do not want you to be left with shoes that you cannot use. We have offered you Store Credit for the value of the order that you have 90 days from issue to redeem and this can be used on any of our websites. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused here, our offer does still stand, we are more than happy for you to return the order for credit, please do let us know how you wish to proceed.
