“Our lead up to booking, hiring and collecting our vehicle was fantastic.\nCommunication was extremely good and very helpful. Information provided was well detailed and clear.\nWe were a little disappointed that we didn't in fact get the vehicle that we had booked, a VW T5. We were given a VW T1 as the other was not available on the day.\nWe have not received any communication/information since the return of the vehicle, regarding deductions made from our deposit. We would like to have these for our records.\nOverall we were satisfied and enjoyed our travels and the ease of driving and "camping" in the vehicle”

“excellent service from ***( he's a real character!!) and ***. our campervan was very comfortable and everything i expected ( few minor probs with fittings which were no fault of campervantours.)\nexcellent to drive and quite economical.\ni have used campervantours before and will do so again....highly reccommended”

“The only minor point I would make is around being told one thing at point of sale and the reality being slightly different once making final arrangements at the depot (eg pick up/return times) but this was all very easy to resolve. The campervan itself was perfect and we'd definitely use Campervantours again.”

“Great company to deal with, emails were promptly answered. Vehicle was brand new, excellent to drive, the only things missing were a brush and shovel for the floor, maybe toilet roll and condiments to start the trip with, a larger water tank would fit in the space provided and make it easier, all of which we left for the next users of the van, hope they stayed in as we found these few things handy and didn't need to take them on with us any further.”

“The Motorhome was brilliant, it's such a good idea if you haven't done it before. We had the Autoroller707 and everything about it was easy to use and operate etc.\n\nFrom initially looking to booking with campervantours *** helped out massively with making sure we had the most appropriate offer and really answered all our queries. \n\nWe broke down on the M4 from a burst tyre, the service we received from *** was second to none, he really helped coordinate what we needed to do and we were back on the road in an hour and a half. Absolutely fantastic, thank you!\n\nGas bottle and water provided lasted well and with little effort to refill the water.\n\nThe only constructive feedback I would give is that perhaps a run through of any current damage to the vehicle be done between both parties before leaving, and perhaps more knowledge on what works without mains plug in e.g. we couldn't use the kettle etc as the battery/leisure battery only operated lights.\n\nWould recommend to others and looking forward to booking one again!\n\nThanks, ***”
