Hi Rina, We're disappointed to hear that you weren't satisfied with the pricing on our site. I can see that so far you have sent four cards on our site which all seem to have been successfully received by the recipient. While we do offer a printing service for physical cards, we are primarily a digital service. I appreciate that digital cards are not for everyone, however for many of our users it makes it more convenient to create and for everyone to sign no matter where they are based. It also gives more options to make it more fun with longer messages, images, gifs, and lots of fonts and colours to choose from. All of these features, as well as the option to add gift cards and collect money have been factored into the costs so that we can offer a great service at a competitive price.
