“From initial consultation with Mathew, measuring up with Andrew and final fitting by Gareth and Callum the process could not be faulted. Professional, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended.”

“If no stars were possible. Went to John glen garage doors on Saturday, with a problem with a garage door. Agreed a price with Andrew for the repair. I rang up on Wednesday to see if there was any news when the job would be carried out. Only to be told some one would call back, but no one did. I decided to go back to the showroom to be met by some so called account manager to say he can’t do it for the price I was told by Andrew. I asked if I could speak to Andrew. He replies you can deal with me I’m number 2. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is shocking.”

“From Andrew Glen's site visit and advice, to the fitting of both doors on our 'double garage' earlier today, we cannot find one fault with this company. Office staff kept us informed of delivery, and they were very accommodating on installation dates. Installers Jamie and Gareth arrived at 08:40am and worked solidly, until the job was completed at 1:40pm What a team! Both were very polite, sociable, extremely helpful and paying attention to detail.... a joy to have around! Our sincere thanks for absolutely first class service!! The entire experience has been a very positive one! Diolch! Thanks!”

“I had a new motor fitted less than 12 months ago. I have had trouble closing the door for a few months. I phoned the company, and they told me that it needs to be reset and there would be a call out charge. I am disappointed considering the motor cost £375”

“Called the show rooms. Had a problem with closing the door. It was arranged for an engineer to call as soon as possible. He came within the hour and sorted out the problem. Very pleased.”

“Still very impressed with our electric garage door after it was fitted 4 years ago. Today the door had a very thorough service by Jamie to keep it in tip top condition and this was at a reasonable cost. Great local company, thanks John and team 👏👏”

“Very satisfied with the professional service given, good price, no nonsense from sales to fitting, the doors took a bit longer to be delivered ( probably due to covid restrictions) but very happy overall with the service, fitters were very helpful and knowledable about the products, left the place clean and tidy when they finished, would highly recommend this company.”

“After looking at the door and explaining there was a need for an electrician was told to contact them when the electrician was due and they would send someone out to open the garage door to allow access for the electrician, when contacting them as advised was then told they had no one available to open the door as there was only one team working. Poor costumer service and worse communication.”
