“Filled out the forms and paid for the course. Waited 20 minutes for an email which didn't arrive, which had log in details on. Had to phone up twice. Wait another 10 minutes. Then I could eventually take the online course. Wasted a lot of time. Disappointed”

Sorry you were disappointed. This is a rare occurrence. When it does happen it's usually because our email gets trapped in the users firewall. It looks like once the reason for the problem was understood we resolved it within 10 minutes, which would be extremely difficult for us to improve upon. But thanks for your comments all the same.
