“Bought on 11 th November,I returned them back due to too small I had to email them about my refund as they didn’t tell me that they had my shoes (after 14 days) and they said they had been “worn” so I accepted them back and had to pay £5 charge to get them delivered , then it was back and forth saying they couldn’t find my payment . they said they’ll be shipped asap but I’ve only just received them on 29th when they was supposed to be here on the 24th I had to catch them up as no communication and had to email serval times to get information .”

“Terrible, ordered for a Christmas present with plenty of time. HOS sent out the wrong size, I was told send the wrong pair back and send an image of proof of posting so they will immediately send the correct pair out as it was their mistake. Sent the imagine to be told you have to wait 2 weeks for the return to be received before any will be sent out. They contradict themselves throughout. Very poor customer service for such a large retailer. I will not be recommending HOS to anyone not will I be buying from them again.”

“My son is very pleased with his slippers, I bought him a pair from you a few years ago and he had almost worn them out so asked for a new pair the same. Most moccasins seem to have separate soles which are quite heavy. Yours seem to be the only ones with soft Very efficient service, arrived very quickly thank you”
