I like the look of the slippers but after two days wearing them in the house they made the arches of my feet very sore. I think the soles are not strong enough. They are now put away in my wardrobe.

The inside of the slippers are inflexible, making it uncomfortable to walk. I have had to give them away, as I am incapacitated, and cannot do a return.

I was charged £35 for next day delivery of a small U.K. parcel. I didn’t click this option, it appeared to have added after I clicked PayPal express... Royal Mail confirmed it does not cost anywhere this either. After many, many emails, and opening a case with my credit card company, I got a full refund. So - eventually resolved. Be SO careful what is added to your screen before you checkout

Conversion from US to EU sizes provided by Amazon was wrong so the shoes were too small.

Item was dispatched on the 10th of Jan but I still have not received the slippers. These were a present for my mother which has now passed so not happy at all.

I received two left slippers. It was a Christmas gift for my mum so she’s had to go home empty handed while I return them.

These slippers are good quality material,however,the joins on the top of the slippers where they widen,rubbed my feet & made them extremely sore.So much so i cannot now wear them,& have had to buy another pair.Very dissapointed & out of pocket.

I ordered a SIZE 9 FOR MY GRaNDSON BUT when he tried them on at Christmas they were far too large for him. He is going to change them for a smaller size a.s.a.p. He normally takes a 9 though. My grandson Thomas Jones has a return form which I added to the purchase price. He wants them sent to his home address_- 1 Allendale Villas, La Gibauderie, St.Peter Port Guernsey GY1 1XG thank you very much. from his grandmother)

Speedy delivery service, but slippers arrived with one pair of pom-poms missing and the other pair of pom-poms not attached to the slippers. There are large dollops of glue residue on both slippers where the pom-poms should have been.

The smell that came from them is awful. It is a petrol kind of smell. I washed them, then dried, they still smell, I have sprayed them with Fabreeze. A little better but not gone.

Delivery fine product poor within 2 days of wear both backs of slippers split anď side of right slipper stitching has came away! I wouldn't purchase them again product gets 0 out of 5!!!!!

The lining of the slippers were very slippery and would not stay on my feet. One came of as I went `up a step` and I crash landed. Not nice when you are an old lady ! I bought a pair for a friend and will not give them to her because of this.

I had to return the slippers. I ordered a size larger than I wear, i.e. ordered a 7 and I wear a 6, and, they were too small. Not happy.

The quality seemed good, but out of 4 pairs I sent for, 3 had to go back as they were too tight - so I would not know what size to send for next time - best to order 2 different sizes and pay the extra £1 to return the wrong ones.

I am very dissatisfied with this, I bought my size but they were too big. I wanted a smaller size but you wouldn’t send that to me because they were in a sale. I Had to go on the website and order again. Very disappointed
