I can’t believe you have asked me to write a review. You failed to deliver my order and are refusing to acknowledge that fact. I will never buy from you again or recommend your company. Awful customer experience.

Rubbish, don’t waste your money. Cardboard heel support is wafer thin so slippers collapse when trying to put on.

Ridiculous returns policy - had to return a pair of slippers will only issue a credit note. Had to return the other slippers I had ordered in order to avoid loosing my money. Customer service poor and rude. Will never use again

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you are displeased. Unfortunately, we were unable to issue a refund as the item was returned outside our already extremely generous returns period. Our 30-day returns period is more than double the minimum of 14 days, as we do recognise that sometimes a bit more time is needed to arrange things. We offered to accept the pair back in return for Store Credit as we do wish to provide a suitable alternative to a refund. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I needed a size 9 (EUR 43) and these were no more than a 7/8 Really disappointed I have returned them

Andover has the hardest heel for a slipper. I was expecting the heel to be a softer material with some bounce - something lightweight and gentle on the foot. Instead its heavy and thonks down, reverberating in your foot bones. There is no internal cushioning. so instead of something soft you feel like you're walking barefoot on a pavement. I bought a pair of gel insoles for it - still too hard. then a pair of cushioning insoles - so i've spent an extra £12 on insoles and still the slipper is clunky. you expect comfort from a slipper.This is NOT recommended

I ORDERED WHAT I THOUGHT WERE EXTRA WIDE SLIPPERS.MY FOOT WOULD NOT GO IN AT ALL IF THEY WERE WIDE FIT I STAND NO CHANCE OF BEING ABLE TO HAVE A PAIR OF SLIPPERS. I HAVE RETURNED YET ANOTHER 2 PAIRS BACK TO YOU.

Wrong slippers sent and no option to tick for this reason on returns I had to write it on dispatch note so they didn't deduct a returns fee. Having said this they were very friendly on the phone.

Ordered 2 pairs of slippers for my partner and sent one back. Took days to get return acknowledgement and then days since then but still no refund, despite having contacted them several times. Very poor service levels and I would definitely be put off using them again or recommending them.

I sent for two pairs of slippers as unsure of sizing. Both pairs were far two small and very narrow. I tried several times to print a return label as nt provided. It cost £11.15. To return slippers. I won’t be using or recommending this firm again

I would love to review the product but it has failed to arrive and now too late to take over to the recipient for Xmas. Ordered on 8 Dec; apparently dispatched on 9 Dec; it is now the 19th, with no information on tracking provided.

Just withdrew from the checkout process as 'Date of Birth' was a mandatory field!! Bought from a competitor instead.

Hi Andrew, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this. The date of birth request is a Klarna requirement, as Klarna is our gateway for all debit/credit card payments all orders automatically qualify for this check. This is a service we offer whereby the customer can pay for the purchase at a later date if they choose to and one of the requirements for that is that Klarna request you provide your date of birth. We do not receive this information and our systems do not store the date of birth for our respective customers. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused or if you found this request to be offensive in any manner, we did not mean to offend or make you feel uncomfortable. Ordered a pair of slippers as a Christmas gift. They arrived in a very damaged box, which someone had attempted to repair with cellotape. I emailed to ask if I could have a replacement box for the gift and have had no response at all. Very disappointing customer service.
