The slippers are lovey they were 19.99 and then delivery was €20 and then when they were sent to Ireland DHL said I owed anther €20 that made them expensive in the end it made the slippers expensive I didn’t know there was going to be another €20 in the end I wish I had the full amount in the first place

Slippers were perfect when they eventually arrived. Paid £10 extra for next day delivery - ordered 17th arrived 22nd December. Nearly went out to buy replacements.

Not up to the standard of the last pair I bought in this make a few years ago. The soles are thinner, and the faux fur doesn't look as good. Not great value. Won't buy this make again.

This is my third pair of slippers of the same design. I was disappointed that the inner sole lining was only stuck down on the heel section which means that when you remove your foot the lining rucks up. Not a good design

Sizing was not true at all Ordered a 7 & 8 and both far too large and not representative of a standard mens UK 7 or 8 Also never received a confirmation email or any updates in regard to delivery

I have not received yet my order, but although the process of my order was very fast, (I chose DHL for fast delivery) I was shocked on the price I had to pay extra, which almost equals the value of my order, ie. 75 Euros, if I knew it, of course I would have thought twice before placing the order. It was not mentioned anywhere that extra fees for custom clearance is to be paid by the customer. Therefore it is very rare that I will try again. ZK

Delivery and service excellent , slippers are well made and comfortable . Only thing I would say is they come up larger than the size , I bought size 5 my shoe size , but I think I could have done with a size 4 . Have tripped up a few times now .

My wife ordered a pair of Nordikas leather slippers for my birthday in size 43 To replace my old Nordikas same size. The right hand slipper is extremely uncomfortable due to the tightness of the internal band around the top and back of the slipper and has caused a blister on my foot. My old Nordikas were always really comfortable, can you do anything to help? Rod

Sizing way out. Bought a 9 as usual size...too small so returned and exchanged for 10....Still too small. Measured against existing 9 and the 10 sent is shorter than that. Very good service with replacement etc but to be 2 sizes smaller is ridiculous.

Slippers are nice sent out a size 6 instead of a 5. Didn't bother sending them back as they are quite small fitting anyway. Quick delivery

Was pleased when my slippers arrived on time.I had been advised by my Podiatrist to buy a substantial pair of slippers to help keep my feet in good order. I am now into my second week wearing them and they are very comfortable but unfortunately the fastening is all ready a problem as it will not stay fastened, I have to keep refastening them which is not good.

Well made slippers at a good price, but they are not wide fitting as claimed. Had to be donated to charity.

Initial thoughts on these slippers was that they were very light and comfortable. However, having worn them for a week the insole is wearing thin down the sides and a ridge is annoying my feet. Tried to upload photo but unsuccessful.
