“The sole started to peel off after a couple of days. I returned them for a replacement. They seem fine so far.”

“One pair of ladies slippers and one pair of men’s slippers ordered and delivered fairly quickly. Quality is just OK. Price ok for quality.”

“Comfortable slippers with a stiffener in the heels which is what I wanted. A little concerning is that the sole is wearing very quickly with bits of the tread coming away”

“The ordered slippers arrived promptly and in good order. Unfortunately, I wanted to change them for a larger size. While I could see no way to do that using the paperwork sent, I returned the slippers and asked for the larger size via a handwritten note on the delivery form not knowing what would happen. I was very pleased to receive a personal telephone call assuring me that my request for a larger size was being processed. I have now received the larger slippers!”

“Ordered 3 pairs of slippers. 2 x Fit flop plus 1 x Reiker. Intention to buy 1 pair. Arrived promptly. Decided to return the Fit flops which in recent years have been v disappointing. I bought a return label which made returns so much easier and cheaper.”

“Order arrived in good time . slippers in good condition appeared perfect , but are too large ,even tho' sized 7 . they have very soft uppers and cosy linings . the soles are heavy and non slip. Had I been able to exchange I would have bought a size smaller”

“Very pleased with Service, apart from the returns label which has to be downloaded and then printed. That assumes that one has a) a computer and b) the printer. And I've paid a pound for this? Bit of a nerve in my opinion.”

“The shoes look good and fit as expected although I haven’t taken them out for a test walk yet as they are summer shoes and it’s still very much winter. Ordering and delivery cannot be faulted-excellent”

“My husband needed slippers that supported his feet and ankles with open toes. Not easy to find. They fit well, arrived quickly and he is very satisfied with them. The only reason for 4, not 5 stars is that they ideally could be even more supportive, but probably asking too much!!”

“Great selection of slippers. I found just what I was looking for. Received confirmation email after purchasing. Delivery was a few days later. Only thing I would say is that the slippers I purchased was advertised as Medium 5/6 but on the sole of the slipper it is 4/5.”
